Found out they have a 20 dollar packIt has 4 pices of chicken,4 biscuits,nuggets,And fries ..will feed 2 to 4 people . Love it..

What happened to this place. It used to be a good. It's the worst place to eat fried chicken. Service was awful. Chicken was burnt and tasteless. I tried their new hot wings and it was very hard and old. Do i need to check my order if it's fresh or not before I leave??!! Horrible horrible... Tried to call the location but no one's answering. This used to be my go to kfc as you can see on my previous review since the employees before was easy to talk to but this lately it wasn't a good experience at all. It's a waste of my hard earned money. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

9-22-23 I was at the DMV and I got a craving for KFC which was right down the street in West Covina. I placed an order online with my phone. So convenient. They were so nice there. 2 guys. I didn't see there name tag. Around 230pm.Hot & Fresh Chicken. Yummy. Thank you.

I am giving 2 stars because the food was hot and tasted good. I decided to use the coupon I got in the yard with the other advertisements and try the Pot Pie.You would think because this is KFC there would be some chicken inside the pot pie..... The small amount of chicken was smothered in sauce!!! there were a few peas, potato, and carrot pieces. The crust was flakey and good.I am sure the pie was 'fresh' because I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready.unfortunately, I waited outside!!!The parking lot smells of urine!!! YUCK!!!!!! while I was waiting understand why. A transient went into the KFC with her own cup.. went right to the soda machine and helped herself to a free drink, none of the KFC employees stopped or questioned her!!!I thought 'thank goodness' I did not order a drink!!!! She came back outside and proceeded walk nest to a parked car (not her car she arrived on foot) pull down her pant, squat and urinate.. Thanks (NO THANKS!!) for the free entertainment!! No one stopped her.I thought 'thank goodness' that is not my car!!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER return to this KFC!!!!

The chicken is tasteless. It didn't taste what Kfc chicken recipe should be. Where's the taste quality ok kfc? And i bought a whole bucket i cant even enjoy first one piece coz it doesn't taste like kfc. Waste of $$ for what i used to enjoy.- has gone downhill.
WOW, what's going on!? Took advantage of the special 12 pieces for 19.99, got home and can't believe how bad the chicken was. The meat on the inside was not moist like KFC is known for. The crust on the outside was "tough" , not soft and easy to chew like it normally is Obviously not inedible or I would have not written this review. I would have driven back and had them give me another bucket of FRESH chicken, but I did not because I had driven far to get back home and the kids were hungry BUT that chicken either was from yesterday and reheated OR overcooked OR I hate to even think of this scenario, but could have been fried again to make it seem hot and fresh. Why is it that the customer has to look at their order before they leave to make sure that they are not being cheated in someway? I think that when you go to a place for fast food, they should serve you what they would serve their own families or eat themselves! Next time I definitely will open up the bucket before driving away. WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN.

I am surpised this KFC is still in business. You can hardly see it on Glendora ave. I stopped here not long ago for some chicken and 3 peace meal just for lunch. Food was good, Customer Service kind of suck tho. They act like they didnt want to be bothered. Anyways, been coming here off and on when i used to live in the area. Place is terrible.
