LAN NOODLE West Covina

Our server was super friendly.. unfortunately there are soup was served lukewarm and their broth what's on the salty side without much depth of flavor. The amount of protein was pretty stingy as well. One positive note, the noodles for very satisfying and chewy. I was a bit disappointed overall. The Arcadia location, even though it's pretty tiny, has better food.

The food had no seasoning, so bring your own. The service was not good , we had to ask for everything including bowls to eat rice , serving spoon to serve our food. The doors were wide open and they were reluctant to close them. But we were freezing ,it's the middle of December !

Terrible service no napkin the water is sink very bad taste come now every restaurant now a day should have purifier water built in or water bottle when you order beef noodle stir you should see 5-6 big pieces instead of 1 shedded into 5 little pieces place is hella cheap bad place to eat

We ordered takeout in the afternoon. I ordered mutton noodle soup, and my husband ordered wide noodles with oil splash, and old tofu cold dishes. They were all very authentic and delicious, and the spicy sauce was very fragrant.

Got to-go food today from LAN Noodle.

This place is located in the tokyo central plaza and next to baskin robin and dunkin donuts. Plenty of parking spots here. The inside of this place is not that big. Service is decent and does not take too long yo get my food.

Ordered the Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup, comes with sliced beef, small beef chunks, clear beef bone broth, daikon, cilantro, garlic greens, and the wide flat hand pulled noodles. You can pick your own spice level for the noodle. i ordered mild spice and it was kind of spicy for a mild level comparing to other places out there.

I also ordered the spicy fried tofu as a side order. The spicy fried tofu is not that spicy as I am someone that can't handle that much spice.

Both dishes are decent. For the Lan noodles, the wide flat noodles are huge so if you are someone that enjoys thin noodles, make sure to change your noodle option. They have 8 different kind of noodles but their signature one is the wide flat one.

Overall, I would give a 3.5-4 star rating and I round it up to a 4 star based on we need to support small businesses especially if there is nothing bad I can complain about them. Do they have the best food? Not but decent enough for me to order from them next time if I’m craving for noodles.

First time going here and loved it! The noodles, broth and meat were all so delicious and I ordered it spicy. I like that it was spicy but not so spicy that it takes away from the flavor of the dish, this was so good. I highly recommend especially if you love handmade noodles.

Gummy noodles,beef tasted old, I orded spicy fried tofu that was cold and tasted old. Wast of money will not go back.

These noodles were delicious and to die for! Broth was also yummy and flavorful :)
Service was quick, and the milk tea boba I ordered was very yummy as well. Definitely recommend this spot for a quick meal!
