We ordered takeout in the afternoon. I ordered mutton noodle soup, and my husband ordered wide noodles with oil splash, and old tofu cold dishes. They were all very authentic and delicious, and the spicy sauce was very fragrant.
Got to-go food today from LAN Noodle.
This place is located in the tokyo central plaza and next to baskin robin and dunkin donuts. Plenty of parking spots here. The inside of this place is not that big. Service is decent and does not take too long yo get my food.
Ordered the Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup, comes with sliced beef, small beef chunks, clear beef bone broth, daikon, cilantro, garlic greens, and the wide flat hand pulled noodles. You can pick your own spice level for the noodle. i ordered mild spice and it was kind of spicy for a mild level comparing to other places out there.
I also ordered the spicy fried tofu as a side order. The spicy fried tofu is not that spicy as I am someone that can't handle that much spice.
Both dishes are decent. For the Lan noodles, the wide flat noodles are huge so if you are someone that enjoys thin noodles, make sure to change your noodle option. They have 8 different kind of noodles but their signature one is the wide flat one.
Overall, I would give a 3.5-4 star rating and I round it up to a 4 star based on we need to support small businesses especially if there is nothing bad I can complain about them. Do they have the best food? Not but decent enough for me to order from them next time if I’m craving for noodles.
First time going here and loved it! The noodles, broth and meat were all so delicious and I ordered it spicy. I like that it was spicy but not so spicy that it takes away from the flavor of the dish, this was so good. I highly recommend especially if you love handmade noodles.
Gummy noodles, beef tasted old, I orded spicy fried tofu that was cold and tasted old. Wast of money will not go back.
The wide noodles were very good but the soup was very salty and meat wasn’t enough
These noodles were delicious and to die for! Broth was also yummy and flavorful :)
Service was quick, and the milk tea boba I ordered was very yummy as well. Definitely recommend this spot for a quick meal!
The spicy Lan Noodles were great. Meat was tender and it was spicy..🔥
Came here looking for vegan hand pulled noodles! There were lots of good vegan options that are marked on the menu. My favorites were the oil spilled wide noodles, the side of mustard greens with white rice (I would get extra orders of these next time), and the braised pear drink. The liang pi noodles (a bit bland), the veggie dumplings (wrapping too thick), and the spicy sliced potatoes were ok (good spice, but kinda bland). Don't get the milk tea drinks or boba; they're powdered and don't taste like much so not sure why they're on the menu. In terms of service, our server was pretty knowledgeable about the menu, had good recommendations, and checked on us. At one point, the kitchen looked like it was flooding and the staff were scrambling to clean it up and make sure it didn't flow into the dining area. Overall, this place had really good food and service; would return and recommend to others.
Vegetarian options: All their dishes are clearly labeled except for the drinks.

Pros: The environment is very clean, and the kitchen is semi-open.
Cons: As a 6-foot, 170-pound male, I ordered a large plate of chicken, but it wasn’t enough. The potatoes were sour, and the onions weren’t crispy at all, giving the impression they had been sitting out for a long time.

Ordered house special beef soup noodles, potstickers, and tripes. Not bad but so much sodium; if you’re on low sodium diet, don’t go there. Also the spicy taste is on the “numbing “ spice not hot spice so it is not for everyone.

This afternoon I ordered a lamb noodles and a sesame paste liang pi, The lamb noodles had very little meat and were almost all noodles. The plate that holds the sesame paste liang pi is very dirty, with fingerprints on it. The hygiene condition is very dirty, When I eat the liang pi, I feel that the taste is strange. Sure enough, when I got home at night, I started to have stomachache and diarrhea. This is absolutely disgusting and terrible! ! ! The price is not low, but the quality of the dishes is not high. Is this how the restaurant owner does business?

Ordered the spicy beef and my gf got the house signature noodle. Both with the wide noodle option. There isn't a better way to describe the flavor then just meh. It wasn't bad but wasn't good. Adding some of the provided vinegar and soy is necessary to fit you tastes. The noodles were nice and chewy. Overall, there was just not enough variety or flavor to keep you interested in the giant bowl in front of you. I wish I ordered the dandan noodles instead, and I may be back to try it, may.

We order the beef noodle soup. It tastes good and authentic but the portion is too small. Other guests also complained this problem.
