Lobster & Steak Express

I like the taste of the food so I am giving a 5-star for the chef. But I 100% will NOT go again even if they give me a free banquet.
A few days ago, I ordered a to-go dish. Upon arrival, I went to the counter saying I am here for pickup, then a lady (I guess owner?) came out of the kitchen ignoring me and was about to pick up the ringing phone. So I thought she will take care of the phone call first before attending to me. Then out of the blue, she stared at me and yelled “hey!! pay now!!!”. I was stunned and shocked, and was about to leave at such terrible attitude. But I thought ok, this will be my last. So I handed over my card for her to swipe.
So here’s the thing. I never knew she will attend to me because her left hand was already picking up the phone. I never knew she intended to multi-task with her right hand swiping my card. Her attitude to the customer on the other end of the call was rude too.
If she wants to retain customers, she should change her attitude. I feel like I am paying to be offended. I will not go again and will not recommend my friends to go too. We dine out to have a happy time, not to be yelled at.
Oh of course, no smile, no “hello”, no “thank you”. Made me feel like I am begging her for food but in fact, I AM PAYING, MRS OWNER.

We placed a takeout order: house special lobster came with noodles, shrimp fried rice, filet mignon dish, clams in black bean sauce, and salt & pepper shrimp. Everything was delish!!

Food came out right away. Good food. Great price. We ordered 5 dishes, house fried rice, salt and pepper squid, shrimp with fried garlic, spicy filet mignon and a veggies dish.

Hidden gem!!! Amazing restaurant and service. All plates are amazing! The plate you must get is the the lobster house special!!!! Will come back, the host and owner extremely kind!

The house special ???lobster was amazingly well spiced andvvery generous amount of food on it. The taste was great and very please with the service given.

The lobster is very fresh, the meat is firm, the seasoning is just right. Fried noodle berry good too .
The service is a bit slow, but it’s worth the wait. Of course, I will be back.

I bought one large shrimp fried rice, and one beef with broccoli chow mein. The food I ordered was seasoned well. Lobster & steak Express didn't disappoint for dinner.

Places great the lady was so sweet she even gave me free rice and the food tasted great and prices are great tooo got a plate of scallops for 20 bucks definitely would recommend

I'm giving them 5 stars for the quality and taste of their signature offering --- lobster! Ours was huge and expensive, but we allowed ourselves this luxury to satisfy our craving. Definitely worth our visit after a morning spent walking around Ikea. A friend of ours told us about this place a while back but we waited a long time to try them out. It was worth it. We had the lobster prepared their house special way! It came out of the kitchen quickly, perfectly seasoned and stir-fried. We ate it with some ong choy sauteed in garlic and some rice. The lobster proved too much for 2 people, but we didn't mind taking the rest home. Next time, we will definitely try their other dishes.
