I am soo dissapointed on our server tonight! We stopped to get a small meal cause we were not that hungry. We ordered waters only. When she did not come right back with straws I had to call her when she brought another table biscuits. She brought us 2 biscuits... 1 each but the table next to us 2 people got 4. Then our food took a long time to get. Someone else brought it. Then i asked our server for more biscuits and again she took FOREVER! I stood up and she brought them after bringing the couple next 2 us 4 biscuits. Then I asked for a couple containers and again she took FOREVER! I can see the containers next to our booth. I asked another server again. And i asked that other server for the bill. That's when all of the sudden she was present and brought a bag and asked if we needed anything else. Right when we were leaving. She never asked if we wanted more water either. Worst experience i have had at ANY Lucille's. I usually go to the Rancho Cucamonga one. But been at this location multiple times with my whole family and ALWAYS break $200- $300 each time! And get GREAT sevice! Guess she was not happy with our size of our order! Even when we order small if the service is great & friendly our tip reflect the service we get. Tonights tip reflected her service!

I ordered ribs , very fatty ! I ordered coleslaw and it was very good , Mac and cheese tasted like they used flour to thicken it ! Not very good ! Doubt if I ever go back ! Too many other good places to go !

I've been coming here for a long time but this place has really dropped in quality. First of all it's gotten very expensive which would be fine if the quality of food had kept up. I ordered a sandwich with beef brisket and the meat was about 75% fat. I know brisket is going to have more fat on it than other meat but this was disgusting.i had to disassemble the sandwich and cut off the huge chunks of fat. I also ordered this with fries and the amount they give you is sad. All this for $20 just not worth the price. I'll say that the service was good. Our server Anthony was very friendly. I'll also say I hate that they now serve the food on metal trays it just feels cheap.

Wanted BBQ. Did not want to use the grill. Ordered over the phone. Went and picked up. The 4th of July was nice. Lucilles helped with my meal. Very delicious 😋. Thank-You!

Had a great time at Lucille's! Omar was a great server. They will bring you lemons if you ask for them which is awesome drizzled on the onion strings. The brisket was a little tough but our other meats were great. These folks were also kind enough to give a slice of chocolate cake for my fiance's birthday. Good service and atmosphere here, they've made a repeat customer out of me.

All around enjoyable experience perfect ribs. Beans had a kick, they were good I’m not sure if I would order them again. Mac n cheese is extra creamy. The full rack is worth it for leftovers.
Nice servers and lots of help. Also leaves us alone and not one to nag but helpful.

Food was good as always, but I was there today and the service horrendous. It took them 20 mins to bring out my salad, then another 25 min to bring out the rest of my food. I ordered the grilled salmon and they brought out the whiskey salmon which I didn’t complain about and ate anyway out of frustration from waiting so long for my food. I tell the bartender about the issue in his few rare apreances he made during the time I was there and not an apology, nor let me talk to my manger about the horrible service. I don’t think I will go to that one again
