What I can say about the food is that I like to follow my taste buds. My taste buds says it was very flavorful and the quality felt and tasted top notch. it was also quite plentyful. As for the service, they were very eager to serve us. We were not ignored and they were very kind. As for the atmosphere, it is a bit quiet. if that's what you like then you'll love this place. if you prefer music in the background then you may want to try elsewhere. I like this place because it wasn't noisy and it took away a lot of the anxieties from most restaurants that I experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Vietnamese food and enjoys the friendly employees. Why did I give four star for flavor? I do this normally because I do believe that there's always room for improvement. Even with the best tasting food in the world. There's always room for improvement.Vegetarian options: I think there's plenty vegetarian/vegan choices.Parking: Vertical parking all around the restaurant from the street

Good place to eat. The broth is delicious and the service is a little too attentive because the owner would often walk over to the table and checking in. So for a few it felt a little overwhelming. The oxtail pho was delicious from what my friend said. I didn't take a picture of it unfortunately. It was empty when we got there so ambiance was good. The football game was on the TV and it wasn't loud. The volume was just right. I hope to come back again.

10 minutes after I placed my order was told that they do not have the lemongrass chicken plate and was recommended the shaken beef. Fine. The dish that was served was inedible. The beef was like rubber. Was charged full price for a meal that was not touched even after telling the waitress that it was not edible.

Me and my friend decided to go in for an early dinner at around 4pm. At this time there was only one other table and they had already been served. No service was to be found and we stood in the front for about 5 minutes until finally a man came out. He told us we could choose any table we wanted but as we were moving to a table he told us to move. Normally I wouldnt care but he was talking to me and my friend like we were stupid the entire time. We sat down and immediately when we got the menus he asked if we were ready. After I mentioned that we still needed some time he rolled his eyes and walked away. A lot of times when the menu does not show photos of the food and I need a better idea of what I should eat I go on yelp to see images of the dishes. Since one of the dishes that looked good did not match the menu list of items, when the man returned I asked him which dish the photo was of. He responded acting like I should have already known and once again made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable. At this point me and my friend were ready to just leave not wanting to be in an uncomfortable situation anymore, especially since the place was empty and the man had nothing better to do but continue to keep coming up to us and watch us but we decided to stay since we had already ordered. Finally when we got the food the man asked if we wanted chopsticks or forks, when we asked for chopsticks the man looked at us surprised as if he wasn't expected us to be able to use them. Once we started eating and I was adding in my wanted sauces and add ons he walked over to our table and literally said "Wow you actually know how to eat this food? I'm surprised". Honestly in the beginning i took it as a joke but the entire meal he continued to watch us and make small remarks. Anyways, not a good experience at all. The food was honestly nothing special and if you want to take anything from this review, save your money on a pho place that will actually treat you decently and serve you above average food for how how overpriced it was. (I got the beef bowl, and when he asked me how i wanted the beef cooked and I said medium rare, he literally laughed and mocked me). I'm not sure if that is an unusual response but If the man would have just responded with an explanation, I would have much rather appreciated it. Very sad, wish I would have found a new favorite place to go eat but definitely not this time.

I had my first visit last month but they did not open during their business hours. So I came back today and wanted to get some pho. There were one chef and one server only. Spent 30 minutes with just waiting for my pho. Until I heard the chef was making fried rice, I figured my pho will take even longer. So we decided to leave... Such a waste of time. Only go if you have too much time to spare and not that hungry. Or else, I will recommend you to go somewhere else.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant when it opened. I finally made my way over for dinner. The inside is nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and brought out menus and waters to start with. Then she gave us a few minutes to decide what to order. We got the spring rolls, beef garlic noodles, and lemongrass chicken vermicelli. The spring rolls tasted fresh, and the peanut sauce tasted a little sweet. The beef was juicy and tender. The garlic noodles were so flavorful. The chicken was very tasty. The plates were large enough to share and to take some home. Something funny that occurred during the visit was that a praying mantis fell on my friend as we walked into the restaurant. The waitress was so sweet. She wasn't sure if it was a pet or an insect that had jumped on. It gave us a good laugh. I'm looking forward to trying a new dish.
