Did an online order didnt receive my mcflurry lady didnt give me a refund when I asked, didnt even offer to replace the item with something else just gave me attitude like im in the wrong and she rolled here eyes at me. Get paid $20+ and still miserable people working there.

Young lady at the counter needs to take a breath and learn to listen. Mc Donald's has lowered the bar to an unbelievable point. Keep giving you guys tries and it's a waste of time I've gotten free coupon meals don't use them still try buying again and same bs.

I went through the drive-thru to order some fresh cookies, since McDonald’s is known for serving them warm. When we got the cookies, they were cold. We were really disappointed, so we went back through the drive-thru and told them the cookies weren’t fresh. The employee looked at me like I was crazy when I handed the cookies back and told us to park.

We didn’t even wait five minutes before someone came out with what felt like the exact same cookies—just warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds. It was obvious they weren’t freshly baked.

What makes it worse is that it wasn’t even busy. It was 10 PM on a Monday with no cars in the drive-thru. They easily could’ve put a new batch in the oven. Very disappointing experience.😡

If I can give this location zero stars I would. Their service is super slow. Management is awful and don't care to make the moment right. Customer service is worse than trash. Paid for my order and when I arrived to pick it up they said they didn't recieve my order. I was at the right location & was charged. Manager said they wouldn't do anything for me because it was probably an error on my end. I had to repurchase my $30 order. It's been 2 weeks and it was not an error on my end. My money was never returned. I paid double for my order. Where is the customer service? They did NOTHING to help me but give me attitude and keep telling me it was my fault they didn't have my order although I had a receipt with proof of purchase for a order placed 10 mins ago at the right location. Don't go to this location. They don't deserve your money. Order accuracy and food quality is 50%. All you can expect from this location is awful service, bad food and wrong orders

Female employee 9/20 3 am at the drive thru claimed she was on a 10 minute break and can’t take order, super understandable I wait 15 minutes and go back in, she doesn’t realize we’re the same people and once again claims “I just started my 10 minute break and I can’t take orders.” At this point me and my partner are a little upset since we work in transportation and have to make as little stops as possible and nothing else was open this late. She proceeded to do this for about a whole hour
