The worst McDonald ever in the city. That tall guy dude manager needs to have more training on their online ordering system. He is the worst manager ever. Everyone at the store are so quick to ignore you, very good in chatting with each other. They need to be trained for better customer relations if not they better not to work in this kind of establishment.

After eating breakfast at this McDonald’s, I started to have serious vomiting and diarrhea. There are food safety issue at this place. Things I ordered are Bacon Eggs & Chess Mcgriddles, hash browns and a orange juice.

Manager Wendy from night shift around 11pm on Monday the. 24 had messed up my order and I ask how do you make a mistake for an order and she told me back don't I make mistakes making me as a customer feel stupid I never had a manager respond with no professionalism like Wendy from night shift.

This McDonald's consistently fails to fulfill orders accurately. Last month, my coffee was incorrect, and today my sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle was missing the sausage. I would rate this experience as zero stars.
Mc Donalds use to be the go to place especially for their fries, now I just go there for the shakes. One star cause the food is not quality any longer.

Where do I start: 1st, the order screen was blinking off & on to the point we could barely order. 2nd, they only had one apple pie at dinner time on a Sunday & we would have to wait 15 min 4 any additional pies. 3rd b4 we left while waiting on additional food at the window, my husband bit into a hamburger with NO MEAT whatsoever in it?. Wtf... no meat in a hamburger?. Glad we were still there & 4th, can you believe the guy would not even give us anything additional 4 our troubles..whew..smh..Go to a different McDonald's????? im thinking of contacting the corporate office; the manager should be fired as much as this food cost!!!!!

One thing about McDonald's is you always get the same food. No matter which franchise you go to the food is always constant. What I did notice was there was less emphasis on customer service inside the restaurant. The drive-thru is given priority and therefore guests waiting in the lobby to order are sidestepped buy employees who are busy filling drive through orders and not taking new orders. This was frustrating. Overall the feeling was they just didn't have time for us. I left with an empty feeling.
Parking: It was early in the morning and there were plenty of parking spots.
Kid-friendliness: The food alone makes McDonald's kid friendly but I do not remember seeing their kids Playland.
Wheelchair accessibility: Does handicapped accessible parking endurance is clear for wheelchairs.
