One thing about McDonald's is you always get the same food. No matter which franchise you go to the food is always constant. What I did notice was there was less emphasis on customer service inside the restaurant. The drive-thru is given priority and therefore guests waiting in the lobby to order are sidestepped buy employees who are busy filling drive through orders and not taking new orders. This was frustrating. Overall the feeling was they just didn't have time for...
