One thing about McDonald's is you always get the same food. No matter which franchise you go to the food is always constant. What I did notice was there was less emphasis on customer service inside the restaurant. The drive-thru is given priority and therefore guests waiting in the lobby to order are sidestepped buy employees who are busy filling drive through orders and not taking new orders. I had breakfast. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was fresh and hot. The service was fast at the drive through. My one big problem was the decaffeinated coffee was horrible. Tasted like someone added too much coffee grinds to make it. It was extremely strong and bitter. I was there on 10/10/2024 @ 8:51 am. I really wanted some coffee but will have to throw this away.
