They always put the least qualified kids with the worst customer service skills at the drive through. I used the drive through today 12/2/25 at approximately 3:20pm and was given my food by a girl with drawn in eyebrows who didn’t even greet us just handed us our happy meal and McFlurrys. Since I didn’t care for the gift card and receipt I kindly asked her to dispose of it for me. She came up with a policy on the fly about not being able to take any trash from customers. Trash? A Mc Donalds receipt and a Mc Donald’s gift card? Since when has that been a policy? I’m going to contact the main office email on the receipt to find out about this policy. I don’t like it when people make things up just because they are lazy, and don’t want to be helpful.

System shuts down and night crew doesn't tell you that you will have to wait before they take your order. I sat at the drive thru for 15 mins between two cars while the guy ahead of me was waiting for the drive thru worker to complete his order.
