We came in to order our food in the drive through at 1 A.M and we waited almost 45 minutes to get our food even though there was only 6 cars in front of us.
As usual they got the order wrong. Every time I place an order they get it wrong They don't listen they go on autopilot and fix the order of the way the menu says to fix it.

This location is absolutely horrible. Every single time I go, it never fails. Always asked to wait in a parking pair and the wait time is never less than 10mins. Second, my order is always wrong. It isn’t that complicated, NO MAC SAUCE. I always check my order because they’ve missed order notes or items on every occasion. I get off and ask for manager however “the manager” is so unprofessional , no apology, no sense of responsibility for the employees errors. I finally decided to stop going. I’d rather drive a a further location than to deal with this dirty, poor service and horrible customer service.get it together McDonalds!

I come to this location most times because of the location. After today, I am willing to drive to a farther location for better food and service. I use the mobile app to order ahead and pick up either at the drive thru or curbside. Today I used the drive thru. Horrible service. This location always gives a hard time for anything and everything. I've excused it before because it's so close but you know what?!? I'd rather drive farther for better service.We had a big order of McRibs, Chicken Nuggets, French Fries and Frapps... I spend so much money here at every single order usually over $50 which I think is alot for McDonalds. I think if I ask for a few extra ketchup packets and some McRib sauce on the side, I should be accommodated especially if I'm willing to pay for it. The drive thru workers (not the one who is at the pay station but at the pickup window) are curt and act like they don't want to be there... and this goes for every single time I go through the drive thru. They're not friendly here at all I've waited to put in my review saying that maybe it's just a bad day for them... that can't be a bad day EVERY TIME I GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. My food was not hot. The fries were soggy and tasted like its been on the warmer for awhile. The McRibs were thrown together sloppily with barely any sauce, pickles, or onions. Ummmm excuse me but the description says the McRib is smothered in sauce with pickles and onions. That's what it's pictured at. I ordered 5 of them and none of them looked appetizing. I wait every year for the McRib to come back this time of year and every location that I've ordered them at has been spot on (and I've had 1 everyday since it came back)... this one was an epic fail The Nuggets for my kids were about the only thing good about my order and they're not too picky... lucky for them.Go to another location if you want hot food prepared when you get there and not sitting on the warmer for awhile.

Ordered food on the app for this location. It did charged my card, but this location “didn’t get my order” it took over a week of me constantly complaining and showing proof (bank statements & receipts), for them to finally give me a refund! So much back and forth
