Bad service order a caramel Frappuccino and they put chocolate in it. So I asked for and exchange the little lady gave me a hard time about it. I even show her the receipt. Other than that everything else is good

I picked up food with my kids here for lunch last weekend. They’re always happy to eat McDonalds. The drive line went quick and the food was good. This particular McDonalds location seems to get orders correct more often than others. I will definitely be a return customer here.

I arrived around 10:53 pm at the drive-thru and waited a couple of minutes before I got someone to take my order. I was then told that the only they had available are chicken patties because they are closing in a couple of minutes. ONLY CHICKEN PATTIES! I get that franchise restaurants tend to do things a little different somethings but this is terrible customer service and extremely inconvenient for those who choose to stop at this location v.s others in the area.
First time coming to this McDonald's greatest experience of all the other McDonald's I've been too survice was so quick!!!! We went through the drive through we were in and out of there in less then 1 minute. Very smooth and satisfying experience.

Worst mcdonald! I complained because I ordered food through app, app glitched and was told money would come back to me which it never did. Mcdonalds never called me like they said and had the audacity to email me saying I needed to call them to fix the problem. What place messes up, you call to complain and now I have to call again to fix it. Unprofessional and absurd if you ask me. Still haven't heard a word and disappointed in this location. Linda, you need to reach out to your customers by phone! Be better at your job and satisfy your customers.
