This McDonald's normally gets my order wrong. It's the closest one to me so I go. Today, well today took the cake. My order was completely wrong, the person at drive thru handed me 3 different bags of food that were not mine. They had the receipt I provided them with and still, the order was wrong. When I explained what I ordered they had a blank expression. I understand fast food drive thru is busy, I just wish they would pay closer attention.

I think food quality of McDonald's has gone down to a point when can easily say that fries are probably the only item which is keeping the organization alive. I don't know about others but to me your signature Big Mac is probably a joke now. I remember first I had Big Mac back in 1980, it was difficult to take a bite without messing up your both sides of your lips. I don't it probably don't matter to these franchises who is racking up profit chopping the size of their workforce and completely low quality food all around. I have nothing against McDonald's but I think they would become like Burger King and KFC franchises in the near future. Time is not on your side anymore because I have seen a single chocolate chip cookie costs $ 1.99 at some stores whereas you can get a worm Costco chocolate chip cookie about 8 times bigger for only $2.49. I only go there when I get some app special because I am on the road a lot. Hope you would wake up and fix things before it is too late. Thank you.

There’s this front counter lady that’s always making jokes about charging five dollars extra for any little thing with that and the combination of bad service that joke doesn’t hit the punch line

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. It has gone down really bad. I will be calling the restaurant tomorrow because when I called the store manager wasn’t there and the one person on duty was really horrible and rude. I received a large order of fries, old, hard cold and unseasoned and the change clean nuggets cold and soggy. They weren’t even for me it was for my baby daughter. That’s what made me most upset. I called and the person didn’t want to provide her name for me and my didn’t even get a receipt or got asked if I wanted my receipt. Didn’t get greet or a “thank you”. Very upset
