If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. It has gone down really bad. I will be calling the restaurant tomorrow because when I called the store manager wasn’t there and the one person on duty was really horrible and rude. I received a large order of fries, old, hard cold and unseasoned and the change clean nuggets cold and soggy. They weren’t even for me it was for my baby daughter. That’s what made me most upset. I called and the person didn’t want to provide her name for me and my didn’t even get a receipt or got asked if I wanted my receipt. Didn’t get greet or a “thank you”. Very upset

I went through drive thur and when I got home all my order was not in there. I tried to call the number on the receipt and it said the voicemail was not set up so I couldn’t speak to anyone about it.

I had a mcchicken pickup order at the drive thru. I pulled up to the second window. The workers there were ignoring me and talking amongst themselves. I’ve been waiting for 5 minutes. My mcchicken was there and ready the whole time. Please finish serving the customers before chatting.

Delicious food even though I was over charged by her not using the code I gave her so my meal ended up costing me more than usual! Not good but I should've caught it right away while I was there 🤷
