The service was poor, I went in with my son and daughter. We all got a cup and we’re doing everything the way ur supposed too but the lady behind the counter was watching us like a hawk it was truly uncomfortable my kids were like I wanted to get this but the lady was just watching us it made it weird. My son was saying how he didn’t like the flavor he got which made us remember how they use to have those little sample cups by the stations and this place didn’t have them.

The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention

I needed something soft to eat after my dental work. I thought a frozen yogurt would be good. Menchie’s is closest to the clinic. The sweet treat was tasty. There was variety of toppings including fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating Menchie’s frozen yogurt.

Walk into this store and look how dirty it is-windows, walls, chairs are worn and the tables…that alone will make you walkout on first site! It’s the only frozen yogurt for miles and unfortunately my kids wanted some today.The cake case & drink fridge isn’t stocked just not very appealing. This place needs a major makeover & cleaning too to bottom!Wasn’t real impressed by the toppings-yogurt was decent.

I tried this place over the weekend. I’ve never been to Menchie’s before, I go to the other yogurt places if I’m craving it. But someone said to try this place. I was glad I did! The yogurt and toppings were delicious! I mainly get a bunch of fruit and it all seemed fresh. The waffles smelled really good but I didn’t get one, now I wish I had. The place was clean and the staff were polite too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Quality is terrible. They literally have canned peaches and canned pineapple chunks as a topping. Customer service sucks. No samples. I will stick to yogurtland and drive a little further.

I was there a good 7 minutes before closed time and I walked in and they didn't serve me I just wanted some cake batter

Ice cream/yogurt was good. The worker could not be more rude. She looked miserable working there! Go for the yogurt/tolerate the poor service

Always consistent in quality with new tastes being introduced while keeping classics like my own favourite-Plain Tart—-always around.

This place is usually ok with the fruit but once in a while they have old fruit that tastes bad, on Friday 04/22/22 the pineapple was really bad. Next time you go, you should try the fruit first. The ice cream is always good.
