We LOVE Mochinut but these employees at this location are NOT it. We've come to this location about 4 times and every single time it has been the same experience. The employees look like they hate their job!!! Makes me not want to come here anymore. Such a shame! They need work on their attitude and customer service. A simple hello is the bare minimum and they dont even do that!

Yummy mochi donuts! You order and pay from the digital kiosk by the door. It's 3 for $10 so we got the ube churro (so good!), funnel cake and chocolate (not bad) I recommend the ube! Service is real quick since the mochi donuts are already made and they put it in a box for you.

My child wanted some mochi donuts, so I decided to try this location since it's not too far from home. The service was good and they had a nice looking setup. Will definitely go back! Only downfall is no cash, only card! But you can tip in cash! The donuts were good! My child was happy!

I haven't visited this establishment in person and have only tried it through delivery but I'm impressed nonetheless, especially because I'm not a big fan of mochi to begin with. Yet, I found their mochinuts delightful -- tasty and airy.

Usually love mochinut (Arcadia location is great) This location is pretty slow and the customer service is NOT great, the mochi donuts tasted like they've been sitting all day, probably would not come back

I loveee the donuts here so much! They're not too sweet, their sweetness level is good enough for me, they have different flavors every week, you can check the flavors on their IG, they updates it weekly. I loveee the staff as well, they're so kind and nice. my always top 1 donut spot

i haven't had mochinut in almost two years so i was excited to try this place out.. unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. when i first walked in, no one greeted us. whatever, idc. but the guy that took my order had a meh attitude. we ordered two donuts, two drinks, and a corn dog. we waited over 30 minutes !!! they didn't even give us our order number. the whole time one of the workers was reviewing the recipe sheets. yall have been open for 9 months and still don't know how to manage the menu?? it's so boring inside, no music, just silence. the thai tea just tasted like sweet thick milk. the ube churro donut was pretty good, but the chocolate donut had a whole ass brick of chocolate on it. and to top it off, there was dirty gloves on the counter. that's disgusting, won't be back here again. i hope the owner see this review and better train your employees.

Recently went in for ube milk tea and a quarter of it is missing and it's not even opened. I am disappointed.

Love MochiNut... BUT... Wow. Could they have more contempt for their customers? It's a Saturday evening and the only two workers in the store seem to loathe not only their own lives, but their customers as well. A simple question was met with the most glaring stare ever. I've worked the food industry, so I get it. But the smallest amount of customer service will go a long way at bringing in new and returning customers. And judging by the state of the business flow here, y'all need it. Add a smile, some genuineness, and a little bit of friendliness and maybe these guests will return. Until then, I'll choose another mochi shop. Thanks

Delicious corn dogs and refreshing boba drinks! Great selection of desserts and savory treats. Wait time is decent and staff seem very clean as well.

$5.50 per donut? $60 a dozen? There are other mochi doughnut shops in our city that offer the same product at a much more reasonable price. Rice flour is the main ingredient in your doughnuts and sells for $2.00 a bag so there is no reason for this overpricing. I will not be returning and will encourage others to go to the more reasonably priced mochi doughnut shops.
