I’m very upset , mr pollo changed a lot , I was surprised they’re extra charging for a little bit extra sauce, and they don’t have consistency in the portion of that menu as before, I ordered combo # 4 and usually is come with 2 chicken breast, well today I ordered the same and they gave me only 1 chicken breast, my son ordered the same thing, and they gave it to him 2 chicken breast, after I made a complaint they told me that, that was the correct portion, I was surprised and how the manager resolved it, this issue, I showed them the plate of my son and my plate , and they don’t really care , I think the management is making a lot of mistake and they don’t care about customers. There is a lot places to eat , I would never recommend this place to others .

This is our favorite peruvian food around. The flavors are superb. The sauces are extra special. I just hope that they move into a bigger place some day because it's pretty small and gets crowded in there.

The food is good great taste. Atmosphere really sucks though it's extremely hard to get a table & if u do u got people waiting standing around u as u eat. Service is slow but staff tries to make up for it being really nice. Food most def keeps me going back tho.

Best pollo a la brasa in LA hands down Closest thing that will come to villa chicken/pardos in Peru. Come here for the chicken or lomo, don't get hyped for anything else

This was the Worst service I have ever received in my life. The food was not edible. Chicken was soo hard I couldn’t even bite it. The service did nothing to help the situation as all of them were eating cake behind the counter and being rude. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN

Today I order chaufa de pollo, bad choice, very bad taste, dry/old pieces of chicken. I won't recommend to come to this place, taste used to be better, but not anymore looks like is not the same chef... sorry but just my personal opinion/experience...

Fantastic braised chicken. Be sure to order extra aji (authentic Peruvian green hot sauce) for dipping the fries and drowning in the rice. (Good place for take out, small eating area)
