This restaurant stands out from the rest of the plaza. It feels as if you are transported to an entirely different space when you walk in. Its warm atmosphere is very inviting and the staff make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Everyone is so nice and the food is amazing. The portions are filling and the drinks are amazing.. I recommend coming during a weekday or for early breakfast/brunch on the weekends before eleven because parking is really hard to find.

The quality of food and service is excellent! The food didn't only look good, it was fresh and delish. I opted for my own mix of matcha latte and they allowed me to mix a cloud cream over a hot drink which a lot of the coffee houses won't do and I appreciate it so much! My drink tasted better than I imagined it would be.

Namu Kitchen is such a gem in the West Covina area!!! The food is terrific and service is fantastic!!! The staff checked on us with attentive service that felt *just right*— not too much nor not enough. They have it down, and are sooo friendly and warm.
I highly recommend the kimchi pancake and iced hojicha latte with hojicha cloud!! I am super looking forward to coming back again soon.

Went in at 11am, was quickly seated by the kindest lady, we sat down, was served water and got our order taken a little while after. We had questions and the server answered kindly and patiently. Not even kidding, less than 10 minutes later we got our food and coffee. We looked at the coffee bar and the young man and lady were getting things done!! Even in the fast pace environment, they were attentive and positive.

10/10 no joke. Amazing tasting food and healthy ! The service also excellent, very attentive staff and kind. The vibe, also good. The chairs/tables/ aesthetics overall certainly add to the atmosphere. Do recommend.
Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. You honestly couldn't help but take a picture as soon as it came to the table. Even my youngest (9yo) enjoyed toast and a poached egg with mango jam and wanted to lick the plate clean. Another dish I couldn't even get a picture of before my Son and his girlfriend devoured it was the full order of brioche French toast and berries. 10/10 will return to try more of the menu

This is our first time visit. It was very nice atmosphere, owner was very nice and relaxed feeling. We ate Namu Breakfast Plate, Kimuchi Pancake and taste was good. Mango Cloud Coconut Matcha was good, too.

I literally cannot say one negative thing about this cafe!!! First of all, the cafe itself is charming, warm, inviting, and spacious. Each table has outlets for plugging in electronics, which makes it a perfect place for studying. The service is always incredible. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Also the food quality never disappoints and it’s consistent every single time! (The ricotta jam toast is the best and they make the jams homemade) I think this place should be more viral than it is, even though selfishly I want to gate keep it so it doesn’t get too busy 🫢. Their food is very aesthetically pleasing and the drinks are so so good. Their unsweetened espresso is never bitter, always smooth, which shows that they really care about quality. All around such a great family-owned hidden gem that I think everyone should try!
