I should’ve taken the guy letting the workers know his fire chicken was undercooked as a sign. got a grilled chicken breast plate and bbq mix plate to go. on the grilled chicken breast plate one of the lemons they gave was moldy. on the bbq mix plate a few of the beef strips were undercooked. 2 stars cause the mac salad was good.

It is a typical Ono Hawaiian BBQ fast food establishment. I have visited this establishment, several times, at the beginning of this year. I would usually come here, during my lunch breaks, from work, and have my lunches here. In addition, I would order from this establishment, while clocking in overtime. The meals were delicious and well made. The workers were helpful and attentive. Definitely, if anyone is in Eastland Center in West Covina, I would recommend to visit this establishment.

I usually get the #42! Fresh and tasty. Only complaint is that they get super busy sometimes and in order for it to be fresh it might take a few extra minutes. But well worth it for the quantity and quality of food.

The wait was kind of long and I didn’t mind because it is a Sunday night but what upset me is that I took my order home and opened up my meal and all of my chicken was still raw and I couldn’t go back for a refund because I live 15 minutes away but I’m just upset because I waited so long and my meal ended up being nasty.

Just stopped by for makeup got two bbq rib plates. They were both so good and well made! Everything was fresh hot and tasted amazing thankyou to whoever cooking you did a fantastic job! 3/18
