Ono Hawaiian BBQ is one of my favorite food chains. With its amazing bbq and seafood options. I have always been a fan. A must try for anyone who enjoys something a little different. The macaroni is a must try. Be sure to check out the ribs and bbq chicken. It is absolutely delish!

I was disappointed with the service at Ono. Ive had other Hawaiian locations but first time at West Co. It wasn’t that busy but service was slow. Of course the standard “help wanted” sign was on the door which told you as with many other food places, service is slow. It took exactly 19 minutes to get my food. Not necessarily la k of employees but lack of effort. We know employees are not performing brain surgery but as consumers, we just want our food hot and fairly quickly. If we see that employees are jumping and trying to make it happen, we understand and will wait. What we don’t like is your butt leaning and employees looking at their phone. Get organized and get the orders out. Food was just ok, service slow.

I love this place. Today was especially good. Whomever was cooking the food today 1/14/2024 at about 2:30pm did an excellent job. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The portions were really good as well. Thank you!

I want to start by saying I love the food here. However, don’t visit before closing. I encountered a female manager who was just rude. You couldn’t ask her a simple question like “May I have extra sauce” without her condescendingly letting you know that it was “RIGHT THERE!” So I’m hoping corporate will see this. I have no idea what her name is because she was NOT wearing a badge. So this message is for management: I visited at 8:30 pm on 10/13. Whoever she is, she fails at customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible. I called to place an order and when I got there to pick up my order, The girl never put the order in. BUT still charged me, didn't give me a receipt and didn't want to give me back my money. After she couldn't find my order. And kept messing up the orders of those were there. First and last time I ever come here.
