Pacific Fish Grill

This is strictly a quick in and out fast food restaurant, but their business model did not impress. Wait was too long at the counter to place an order and the food was disappointing.

DIRTY TABLES. RUDE CASHIER. DISGUSTING FOOD. ME AND MY BOYFRIEND CAME HERE AND I ORDER THE SHRIMP CEVICHE IT WAS MUSHY ODDLY SWEET AND JUST DOWN RIGHT GROSS. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went on 11/17/19 at 830.The cashier was super nice and friendly. The worker who cleans the drink area, she was rude and me and my wife was had a cup of water and i just tasted a fanta to see if i like it. But she was literally havng a bad day and said that she gonna charge for the drink next time.She was cleaning the drink area around 9pm. Although she didnt know that i just had a sip.And being a repeated customer we decided not to go to that particular pacific fish and grill in west covina just because of her rude behavior.

On 11/1/2019, at 5:17 pm, I placed an order at the location on 2851 Eastland Center Dr, West Covina #73. I requested a cup for water from the manager by the name of Lizz #73. She provided me with a small cup. I am a paraplegic T-8 so making multiple trips to get water would be challenging. She refused to provide me with a regular cup to assist me with my Dissability. She then gave me two small cups when I asked her how I would carry two cups and be able to push my wheelchair and she nodded her head. I then asked her if she could fill the cups and bring them to my table but she refused. She then told me to sit near the water fountain not taking into consideration that I wanted to sit somewhere else. She didn't pause and think about my request or pay attention to my disability.

I've been coming here for about 4 years and have tried just about everything on the menu. I can honestly say there is nothing not tasty on this entire menu! There's only two options in my opinion on the entire menu as far as taste. Either good or really good. My usual go to is the swai with double rice as my sides and a tri tip taco. I get my garlic butter and lemon oregano sauces on the sides and omgosh.

Love it. The attention here is beyond excellent. The way tou want the food, thats how they cooked for you. The gurls who work here are nice. Good food and the place is located in a nice quiet area

The food on previous visits was very good. I don't know if management has changed or what, but the food was terrible. I've had TV dinners taste better than the fish. Tha fries were very soggy and chowder soup was like water. You have lost me as a customer.

Food was delish and the prices where even better they have an food happy hour.

Foods good, however when I order over the phone she told me she had people in line so I had to wait until she attended to them. Then she can take my order. Waited over 10 minutes on hold. So I hung up and went next door.

This was probably my last time. I've been coming here for about 2 years and the food and service is usually good. This is the 3rd or 4th time recently that the food came out poorly. I ordered a chicken and spinach quesadilla for my 2yr son. He ate some but then started picking thru it and putting it on the table. He usually loves quesadillas so I decided to try it.
