Some have a good customer service took too long to get my food this time around but the worse part is that they serve low amount food, not coming back here again. This isn’t my first time here and every time is the same thank goodness there’s a Chinese food that just opened up near by.

The orange chicken was hard, like a rock. Honey-walnut shrimp was bland. Every Panda I've eaten at in the past year has been, "Undesirable." I won't be going to Panda Express anymore!

The food was dry and not enough sauce. I purchased spicy orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, beef, and broccoli with chow mein. The noodles were super al dente. Super crunchy ?. The only thing i could salvage was the honey walnut shrimp.If I didn't head to Rancho Cucamonga, I would have returned my purchase. I asked the manager why they were so dry, and she said it's just the way it. Ma'am no, it's not supposed to be dry like dry rub. Ohhhhh the chicken eggroll? I took a bite and put it back in the tray. I wasted money. I remembered why I stopped going in 2015. It used to be really good but no more.

Not a good panda to come and eat. The short lady cashier has an attitude…idk what i can do to make her life better. The azn guy has bad customer service..like rushes u he is always in a hurry trying to go home and get on tik tok. Food taste like its been sitting there.
