I wanna thank everyone who worked on Christmas, super busy. But the lady in charged she was amazing, and a younger lady too. They had multiple dumb customer that wanted 4 toppings for the prize of the single topping. But both lady's very professional handle it.

I ordered two pizzas. One all pepperoni and the other pepperoni, sausage, olives, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Pepperoni looked really good but the other one was very skimpy. Just a bunch of cheese to cover up or make look like it is a good pizza. And I paid for this. The employees where also arguing. Where is the manager ir the owner. 2 weeks ago they where throwing food and fighting with me and other customers waiting for our online food. Corporate needs to get involved and fix the service and quality of the food being sold at this establishment. Here are some pictures judge for yourself. Where is shaq and his commitment of quality. Go Lakers!!!
Worst phone system ever, I’ll go somewhere else. Tried calling Covina store for pick up, somehow connected to San Clemente, barely could understand person on the phone. Horrible

Very unprofessional service. They gave me the wrong pizza and when I went back to get a refund or to get the pizza that I always order , they told me that they were about to close and there was nothing that they can do . I had a bad experience today at papa John’s . They didn’t took any responsibility .

Very unprofessional service food place ,the pizza was late one time and i was sent coupon for a free pizza which they didn't want to deliver no where on the coupon did it say i had to pay a additional delivery fee or it had to be over a certain amount to get a free pizza.The manager there didn't explain nothing and laughed about it.I wont order from this place of business again.
