I was craving a doughnut, an I'm unfamiliar with the area .So I typed into Google an they sent me to Paris Baguette š„°. It is so deliciouss you can taste the freshness everytime honestly!. I still haven't done it an need to do it before I go again ,apparently if you download the app you get a free pastry, an on your birthday toš.

Esmeralda was super sweet! She gave us so many recommendations & really took her time to provide service. She was such a delight especially the fact that she worked on Thanksgiving. Thank you Esmeralda for your service to provide an amazing coffee to all coffee lovers on the holidays!
Horrible.

My girlfriend and I recently went to the pastry shop . When we started eating the sandwiches we noticed a eyelash hair and then we continued to eat one of the pastries and noticed a white hair and when we went to tell them about it they only responded by saying ,ādogs come inside ā . And the lady didnāt apologize or anything.

This is the worst coffee shop I've been to in a minute. Like some mentioned below, the vibes are definitely not it. Specifically, the manager at this location is an absolute menace. I bought a drink from there recently and it turned out pretty dank. I asked for another drink instead but accidentally threw out the cup. They ended up charging me a dollar for the cup and a new drink since it was supposed to have been made in the original cup - wouldn't the dankness in the original drink still be there? I was informed the manager would get upset if the associate didn't do this - and that he monitors the cameras and watches everything. I tried to let it go. But then recently I signed up to be a Paris Baguette member so I could get a free pastry. I bought one thing, and my work homies also bought 3 drinks too, but when I asked to redeem the coupon for the free pastry the manager stated that it had to be on the same transaction and that I couldn't redeem for the free pastry since it was a different transaction. My dude, it's a $4 pastry... and me and my other co-workers dropped close to $50 on your whack coffee. Anyway, deleted the app and will be boycotting that spot. The manager has an attitude problem and doesn't understand the importance of customer service. Cafe 86 and Starbucks standup - my 4eva gang. Screw this Paris Baguette. Pastries look nice though.

The pastry selection is always good but the service and the ambiance is definitely lacking. I came in this evening with my family and had to ask for something to wipe down their dirty tables. I was directed to some napkins from the counter, ridiculous. There were two males working the counter. One white and the other Asian. We usually come in twice a week and spend between $75 and $100. This evening, we spent about $80 on pastries and drinks that we enjoyed inside until I sent my son to ask for some water cups because the drinks were too sweet for my liking. When my son returned from his errand, he was visibely upset so I asked what the issue was. He explained to me that when he had gone to ask for the water cups, he was questioned who they were for. I immediately went and spoke with both of the employees and asked who had treated my son so rude. The Asian male said it was he and that he needed to make sure that my son was a customer. I explained to him that I had just spent $80 on food and drinks there and that he had no right to do what he did. I also expressed to him that if he didn't want my business to just say so. This experience totally ruined my night and needless to say, we will never return to such an unprofessional establishment that places more concern on water cups than cleaning their own filthy tables. I shouldn't have to provide receipts for water. This is still not a communist country

Just a heads-up - their large latte comes with 4 espresso shots, which is more than usual at most places. I ask for 2 instead, and it's perfect. Great cafe!

I wanna start off with saying the place is really nice very clean. Everything is great. The food taste delicious
Itās just the employees I had an order with a few items. I got my coffees Everything handed to you individually, which is not the problem. I had a few Pastries were never handed it to me. They handed me my sandwich which was warmed along with 2 croissants all individually at the end I asked for a bag and Employee looked at me like why did I need a bag? I had four items I needed to put in a bag and three drink drinks to walk out as I was trying to juggle everything together with my son, I was having a hard time so thatās why I asked for a bag. He made a face and didnāt wanna hand me the bag until I said I have a few items. May I please have a bag. That there already got me a little bothered so I just left as Iām going home. I realize he didnāt hand the lemonade I purchased so I go back. And I feel like all of these things. Yes couldāve been avoided if I checked all my items, but again couldāve also been avoided if drinks Were Handed to me in a cupholder I purchased four drinks. How am I supposed to walk out with four drinks six pastries and a child . Then as I get home, Iām about to give my son his doughnut cause I purchased two donuts no donuts. I completely forgot to ask for them because they took them to the back after charging me but never brought them out again I believe itās also, my fault for not checking, but then again all these items are handed to you individually. Youāre trying to get it together as Iām trying to prepare my coffee Trying to get them to hand me creamer, cause they had no creamer available at coffee station. It was just chaotic not what I expected. There was no customers other than another person paying behind me. It wasnāt like the place was hectic. Iām just probably not going back. Called the place And the employee said your items are here you can come back for them. I get that I can definitely go back but my time going back for the third time I donāt think thatās appropriate.
What was supposed to be a quick coffee run became one hours worth of my time And an upsetting situation not all of us were able to have breakfast.
Got two slices of cake, the layered crepe was all dried up and felt like it had been in the shelf for days. Texture of the crepe was off and the whipped cream also wasnāt creamy (very airy and dry). Bottom layer was padded with dried up sponge cake (3/10)
The strawberry pistachio was slightly better but also didnāt live up the hype. Felt like pistachio syrup + food dye whipped into the cream (couldnāt taste the pistachio enough). (5/10)
A lot of the breads still on shelf said ābest by 3:30pmā but unsure why they were still on shelf by 6:30pm or why they werenāt discounted.
For the price itās really not worth it. Quite disappointed to see this from PB.
