This morning was the first time I tried their food. I got a carne asada burrito with extra meat. My burrito was delicious! The carne asada wasn't the most flavorful but it was very tender and juicy. The beans were very good but what I enjoyed most was the red salsa.
The red salsa has a very distinct flavor. It's a little different than any other place I've been to. It's very hot! but it's like you can taste every different ingredient because it's so fresh!
The cashier was helpful and friendly and my order was ready faster than they said it would be over the phone.
They're a little too far from home for me to go to more often but I'd like to go back when I'm in the area again.

My family and I have been eating at this place for over 30 years, and I can confidently say it's the best Mexican food I've ever had—hands down. Over the years, I’ve tried plenty of great spots, but nothing compares to the flavors, freshness, and quality here. I literally drive an hour one way just to eat here, and it’s worth every mile.
The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the service is consistently top-notch—warm, welcoming, and efficient. You’re never left waiting long, and you always feel taken care of. On top of all that, the portions are huge—you never leave hungry, and there’s always plenty to take home. It’s become a tradition for our family and a place full of great memories. Highly recommended!

$26 for 2 shredded beef enchiladas with rice and beans. Price is ridiculous. When I was younger and it was Manny's el loco it was around $14 almost double the price and lower quality

I’ve been going here since I was just a kid. This place is a classic spot. Good burger was filmed here and it is related to the other restaurant called mannys el loco that closed down on Azusa and cypress

Get the El Loco burrito with red sauce. Must like Chile releano and steak picado. Outside tables first come first serve. More of a to go place.

Very authentic Mexican food and excellent quality. Been coming here for years. Recent price increases however are too high. You will be paying more for basic Mexican food than at nearby restaurants like Casa Moreno or El Pescador. Food still great but way too high now.

Every time I order I specifically ask for extra red sauce and every time my request is ignored! I even state that it’s okay to charge me extra for it. It’s literally the most IMPORTANT part of my meal which is why I order from here. I can at least be contacted if you’re unable to meet my request. It got to the point where I had to come here on Google to leave this review. Absolutely ridiculous.
