Good food st a reasonable ptice
This place is really unsanitary. When you are given a big straw, it does not come sealed/in a wrapper and the servers just put it directly on the table rather than handing it to you. In addition, when we were served our food (we got a rice plate), there was a dried noodle on the rice and the server picked it off our plate with his fingers. Aside from that, the food is not that great.

Place is still busy even with Haven City Market- West Covina in the same plaza. I come here with family to get their banh hoi chao tom ($14.95), nem nuong cuon ($12.50), banh canh tom ($14.50), and com chien.
A lot of people get the nem nuong cuon ($12.50) which is fresh spring rolls with grilled pork patties with lettuce, rolled fried egg roll, and herbs. It comes with a bright orange shrimp paste based dipping sauce. The banh canh tom is like a thick shrimp based soup with thick udon-like noodles with bits of whole shrimp, cilantro, green onions, and fried onions. The banh hoi is ground shrimp paste wrapped around a sugarcane and served on top of super thin woven vermicelli noodles cut into squares. You grab a piece of the square noodle with a slice of shrimp paste and bits of the green onion oil and put it inside one of the lettuce with bits of pickled vegetables, herbs, and cucumbers and dip it into the fish sauce. The com chien is fried rice with Chinese sausage and shrimp. All of them are pretty good and are a good portion to share for two people.
The banh canh and banh hoi are hard to find in other Vietnamese restaurants so I usually get them here rather than drive out to Garden Grove/Westminister area.
They also do catering. They have a good amount of seating and parking can get packed. Staff is nice.

Staff is rude and unaccountable. The other reviews are correct. If you make a phone order prepare to wait as they don't make the order until you arrive.
Give it a try. Pretty good.

I called order at 15:00 and said I will pick up at 18:00. When I came, the order not ready yet. I have to wait around 20 mins. It looks like they haven't done yet. My means they should wait customer show up and pay before they make food.

Amazing and authentic Vietnamese food. We ordered bánh beo, bánh bột lọc, spring rolls, and bánh xèo. Quality food and nice presentation. I think the service can be more attentive.

The food was nice looking and tasted good. Service though was extremely bad. Waitress never came by. Terrible manners and impolite. Waitress seemed to not want to work there. I won't be coming back.

I ordered 4 spring rolls through the Caviar app, which was listed on the restaurant's Google Maps page. When I arrived 15 minutes later to pick up my order, the manager informed me that they are not associated with Caviar and refused to give me my order, telling me to contact Caviar instead.
I explained that I had already paid through the app and provided my phone number and credit card details. However, the manager insisted that it wasn't her responsibility since she doesn't get paid through Caviar, and claimed it was my responsibility to check before ordering. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive.
To make matters worse, the manager showed zero willingness to help or even apologize. Instead, she repeatedly said, "It's not my responsibility and I don't get paid for it."
Thankfully, the cashier was able to match my phone number and card with the order, but the manager’s dismissive and unprofessional attitude was infuriating.
This experience has completely soured my perception of this restaurant. If this is how they treat their customers, I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. This manager needs to take responsibility and seriously overhaul their customer service.
