Any time I go, there’s always gnats flying around. One time my side salad came with one already dead in it. Careful with that, they almost blend in looking like pepper..

Vanessa was our server in the bar area during happy hour. The service was awesome. She helped us decide what sides to get so that we could make them interchangeable and bottomless. She anticipated when a refill was needed and put in the order so it was ready at the exact right time. She was great! Thanks so much Vanessa!

I enjoyed a nice Sunday dinner at Red Robbin at the Westfield mall, the food was good, but the service was even better Special thank you to Tyland, he was very kind and attentive. He was checking on us, we never had to look around for him when we needed something. We left happy. 👍🏻👍🏻

On Friday 7/25/25 my father in law and some family members visited this location and were not treated properly. My father in law is a Veteran with a service animal and was rejected service due to having his service animal with him. Until this day my father in law is still upset about the situation and refuses to dine at this location ever again because he feels they don’t treat Vets with respect. He also feels that this could have possibly been racially motivated because he is a brown man. This situation is unfortunate because our family enjoys going here in our group of 6-9 people, but because of this situation we went to eat next door at lazy dog (which treated us fantastic!). Beware of this place if you are a vet with a service animal they just might mistreat you!

Situated at the West Covina fashion mall Red Robin gourmet burger provided a wonderful lunch. It's got a neat sports bar like atmosphere. I got the Red Robin cheeseburger. It was delicious and came with an endless side. I didn't go that option I went with the onion rings which are not endless and found them to be delightful. I witnessed a full order of onion rings go out to a table next to me and it was stacked high. Boy did that look delicious. Our server was the bartender and our food was brought out by the staff which seems to happen nowadays and all these restaurants. She was busy all over the restaurant what's the minister service available for our table.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian and don't look at the menu in that regard however there was a large assortment of pizzas available and lots of salads.

Parking: Located at the mall it's difficult to find close parking. At the time of our arrival we were parked nearly in the back. There is a parking structure available for the mall but particularly in front of this restaurant there is limited parking when it's busy

Kid-friendliness: The menu with thrill kids however I'm not sure about the environment. It's basically a sports bar.

Wheelchair accessibility: Located in the mall there are plenty of entrances and the entrance to Rob Red Robin gourmet burger is completely accessible.
