Situated at the West Covina fashion mall Red Robin gourmet burger provided a wonderful lunch. It's got a neat sports bar like atmosphere. I got the Red Robin cheeseburger. It was delicious and came with an endless side. I didn't go that option I went with the onion rings which are not endless and found them to be delightful. I witnessed a full order of onion rings go out to a table next to me and it was stacked high. Boy did that look delicious. Our server was the bartender and our food was brought out by the staff which seems to happen nowadays and all these restaurants. She was busy all over the restaurant what's the minister service available for our table.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian and don't look at the menu in that regard however there was a large assortment of pizzas available and lots of salads.
Parking: Located at the mall it's difficult to find close parking. At the time of our arrival we were parked nearly in the back. There is a parking structure available for the mall but particularly in front of this restaurant there is limited parking when it's busy
Kid-friendliness: The menu with thrill kids however I'm not sure about the environment. It's basically a sports bar.
Wheelchair accessibility: Located in the mall there are plenty of entrances and the entrance to Rob Red Robin gourmet burger is completely accessible.

Food is good, service ok, could be better, all in all fine. Atmosphere to young and loud for me.

Food was great. We had to send it back because we wanted no pink and wanted fries crispy. Service was great waiter was attentive and frequent with checking if anything was needed.

We don’t ask for SALAD anymore because few times we got it with MOTHS FLYING ALL OVER ALL SALAD !

We go to eat out because we want to enjoy a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere , but not Red Robin’s.
LIZA the night manager today 08/11/24 Sunday needs to work on her management skills and how to APPROACH CUSTOMERS ! It’s important to treat customers with respect and keep customers for life for the restaurant. , not making customers feel uncomfortable !
The way the economy is , she should be more careful how to treat people!
Customers pay her salary , should be more tactful the way she handles misunderstanding with their waitress and customers!
She shouldn’t assume that was the customer mistake for a misunderstanding!
That’s big mistake you will leave Red Robin’s without customers if you continue handling miscommunication assuming is customer fall !

We were already disappointed with the SALAD MOTHS in our food , but we were giving another chance with their wings , but definitely it’s not worth it !
Something I want to be fair their waiters , man’s and woman’s are very nice !
That we will miss , coming here for so many years , it’s because we like it the service, but things change , it’s time to move !
Our problem is that we get attached to places, and then we are loyal , but it’s time to go somewhere else !
We are customers for years , my husband take my son after school at least 3 time a week for lunch , but definitely thinking to not returning here ! When we go we spend at least $75 for 3 people, it’s not worth anymore!
Lazy Dog for the same price we pay her and better and healthy and more clean food!
