Richie's Hot Chicken

The location is kinda rough but that's no big concern, the restaurant itself is well setup and decorated, very cool mural. Where this fell down is the food.

The cook time was normal for chicken, breading is decent. I ordered both hot and mild to give them a fair shake and quite seriously, neither lived up to their name. Even the spicy had nearly no heat in my opinion and neither had flavor. Even the fries which were absolutely COVERED in seasoning had essentially no flavor. Overall disappointed. They did do a fairly good job of copying Cane's house sauce.

I came in today and the food was good the only thing was when I asked to go to the restroom they don't have one I asked responded that's fine I just want to wash my hands do you have a sink so I'll be able to wash my hands and the guy responded rude and he said no we don't. I then told him that You're supposed to have a sink customer wash your there hands, he responded the following : you come into my restaurant with your hands wash, that dosen't even make sense .Just before you go there make sure you wash your hands and take hand sanitiser and go to the restroom because or else he's trying to send you to the dollar tree

Came in for the first time on a Tuesday, they have the $2 tender special highly recommended. Great taste and great bang for your buck

I often stop by here when I’m really hungry, and my go-to order is Richie’s Rich Fries, minus the coleslaw, with extra fries. The food is always amazing! The atmosphere, layout, and overall appearance of the place are fantastic, making it a great spot to visit with friends. However, one thing to note is that the drinks sometimes taste a bit like they’re mixed with tap water. Despite that, I highly recommend coming here for the delicious food and welcoming vibe.

Came on Monday just for it to be closed. Had it before was really good but I was disappointed when I arrived and it was closed online it’s said open til 10pm I came at 7pm. Need to update hours and days.

Arrived at 6:46pm Monday on 12/2/24 and location was closed. UPDATE your hours so people don’t make a drive for nothing.

Came here on a Monday 6:45pm and it’s closed. Totally dark no staff and no sign. Was looking forward to this all day and online it’s says open until 10. Very disappointing

Got a reaper, burrito, no.1

They didn’t have milk so they gave me fountain soda instead, took 17 mins to have the order handed to me. I guess it would be better to call ahead?

Reaper: waiver required, and it is spicy i would say it’s about 7-8/10, 10 to be unbearable. Make sure you chug some fries before biting this, and have milk ready if they don’t give you any.

No.1: i got hot but it’s not really spicy, but it’s a decent portion
