So I'll start off by saying..it should be mentioned that this is INSIDE the Lazy Dog restaurant. If I didn't read deeper into the reviews, I would've been walking through the mall aimlessly trying to find it.Walking into the restaurant, it was packed to the gills, which you can expect for a Friday night. The hostess informed me for quick service to order by the takeout area. The gentleman who took my order was kind and quick to assist me. Since there was going to be a wait, he offered me water, and I accepted.I ordered the Chicken Katsu bowl, which is delicious. It has all the ingredients that are mentioned. I am not one for condiments, but the dressing was pretty good.Whomever created this should definitely update and mention that to enjoy the food you'll have to enter a more than likely packed restaurant to enjoy. Other than that this is a great late night option for food.

This place isn't like an actual restaurant. The road trip bowls is a menu on the item from the Lazy Dog restaurant. I'm honestly not to see why they even have a yelp listing. The food is okay. I wish I decided to just stay at the restaurant and ordered something else on the lazy dog menu.

After wearing down the soles of your shoes. Stop by for their brews, tofu & ambiance. If your vegan, they have you covered (thank you Simona P.) Overall, if you want to take in a casual venue, friendly staff & service with w smile. Just stop by... and try the sweet potato tots.

Bowls are delicious. I did have trouble finding the place but they sell these bowls inside of LAZY DOG. We originally had gave up looking for the spot and come to find out when we came in lazy dog they were the ones selling it the entire time.

This is the email I wrote below to thank the team for their excellent service. In regards to food I recommend the pot roast sandwich with au jus and sweet potato tater tots. The brussel sprouts are also really good. Hey Amanda,I wanted to write to thank you and your team for orchestrating a wonderful experience. Thank you for arranging our tables altogether as well! Our server was prepared with our pre-order and did his best job to ensure that everything was correct. As you expected, there were minor additions and changes day-of and he took all the changes and extra orders with ease. I'm sure it was a lot for him to not only be responsible for our large party, but the surrounding tables as well. I also saw great teamwork within your staff. So many other servers pitched in to help him expedite our dishes with eagerness and a smile. He graciously offered to bring candles and provide a lighter so we could do the birthday celebration. At the very end to my surprise (and delight), he had already split the bill for our huge party in the order of the groups that I had designated in our pre-order. He was organized and was able to add any changes and additions to the proper party. To me, this was really going above and beyond to make our experience easy and enjoyable. I know that took extra effort on his part, and his willingness to do so did not go unnoticed by our entire party. Please thank your entire team for me!

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food and service. And a big shout out to Delaney, an excellent manager and incredibly person at Lazy Dog(West Covina location)Let me share my experience so you know what I mean. I'm in love with their Thai chicken salad(it comes with a spicy peanut vinaigrette but I always get it with their peanut ponzu vinaigrette).Well, on February 12 my friend and I, went to Lazy Dog and ordered some food to go. I, as most of the time, order my Thai chicken salad with peanut ponzu vinaigrette and my friend order a chicken pad Thai. So in their menu they actually have a different name for their pad Thai, they called it: "Thai noodles" and also they have a: "chicken pot pie" in their menu so the confusion came there. We grabbed our order and took it home. We were ready to eat so I took my salad( which was delicious as always) and my friend took his food but he noticed that it was not his chicken pad Thai, the cashier has taken his order as:"chicken pot pie" He was very upset so we called to Lazy Dog and they transferred our call to their manager, Delaney. She was extremely extremely professional and polite and know how to handle this situation, she gave us different solutions to choose from to resolve this situation, in the end we choose the $50 gift card which their mail to my home and Delaney(their manger) even sent an apology letter with it.Also,my friend(he paid for this order) told me that few days later they even refund to his account(he paid the order with Apple Pay) the price of the chicken pot pie.For real, friends if you haven't been at Lazy Dog, what are you wait for?! Just go and get some delicious food, you will not regret it :)

This restaurant rocks. They cater to the pups in your family. The patio seating is perfect for your dog watching pups and is very clean and friendly. The human food is very very good. Burger, sides and drinks make for a perfect afternoon.

I'm writing this from the experience point of view, since the food was great. We were told there was a 30 minute wait time. Worked out since our entire party wasn't there. This location has a busy parking lot so you will need to be lucky to find a spot in the front. If you don't want to do the circles, there is plenty of parking in the back and you can cut through the mall. The waitress was friendly and answered all our questions and gave us good suggestions. Kids were present and they were happy with their choices, at least one was. The menu is large so there is something for everyone. On Sundays they have brunch until 2pm. I had a bowl and it was delicious, ahi tuna with a light Asian taste. My beverage was not so great, but nextTime I'll make a better choice. Not their fault. The fries were delicious and crisp. But the apple pie was really good and tasty that I had to bring one home. This place is known for their fire pit and the dog friendly environment. This place has clean restrooms and good for large parties of 20 plus. Total cost for four adults and 2 kiddos 180.

The food: the hush puppies are so tasty! They remind me of a ham croquette. The poke bowl was flavorful and seems like a healthier option than a burger. The cob was a great cob! Hank, our dog, thoroughly enjoyed his chicken & rice dish. Service: Abril was amazing! She brought water for our pup without us asking. She kept our beverages full and was incredibly polite! Overall fantastic service on their dog friendly patio. Ambiance: their dog friendly patio caters to our little companions and most folks on the patio have a pet with them but they do a good job of spacing out the pups and everyone was respectful.
