We had our sons birthday party here and the service was awesome! Liz was our waiter and she was on top of her game, always making sure we had everything we needed! Definitely will do another party here

Kinda disappointed this time ? Waited 35 minutes for order to be properly given to me! Didn't have Chicken bites, they substituted but my pizza got COLD while waiting for chicken to be done! Mojos got soft & not warm at all! No bueno this time!

Liz and Tom were amazing great customer service. Very attentive would constantly check on us to make sure we were good. I've been coming here for years todays visit exceeded our expectations. Keep up the great work I hope you both get recognized somehow.

Luck they don't have a zero star's for rating. My family and I went to have dinner. The place was Disneyland for OSHA. Plenty tables had dirty plates and left over food. According to the staff there, they ran out of straws and napkins. Our food took over ONE hour to be ready, when there was only one other family there. I followed up the cashier who PRETENDED to discuss my order only to figure out they forgot to submit it!! Nice try. There were a group of men who were happily helping themselves to the beer tap. I'm thinking had to be Owner maybe? I dnt know but spare yourself the trip and money. This place should be shut down.

I brought the problematic never-ending issues of below shakeys standards to "management " the manager on duty "Sylvia" she said her name was- recognizable by her sharpie eyebrows . One issue at time and with her food as tangible evidence I explained to her that this isn't acceptable nor tolerable, examples given were as follows: the world famous mojos were hard and unedible,the chicken was beyond greasy additionally it was already hardened. The pizza tasted weird- the sauce tasted watered-down or not shakeys authentic,the sour cheese had to be beyond the best-by date because that was the grossest pizza cheese ever, crust had black remnants from the unkempt oven, 3 whole pizzas were on the buffet line dried out to the maximum potential for 2 hours and 6 minutes specifically. All this on Styrofoam plates like it wasn't $20 per person ..while still on location called in to speak to the manager & was told the manager would be back in an hour, there was a woman with a leaf blower outside on the front gated patio I witnessed her finish up & I called right back she answers the phone; states she is the manager I said ok I'll be right up to speak to you after all this brought to her attention the "cook" began to sweep out and clean the black remnants out of the oven, I had dissected the pizza in front of her so she could smell the foul odor emanating from within the pizza slice she said ok can I take your plate to show to the "cook" & said sorry you felt that way ..sorry doesn't rectify the issue..when I approached her to see if she would come up with a solution to the problem she first offered a $20 reimbursement but I explained to that we were a party of 3 with 2 separate receipts she still insisted on only a $20 reimbursement I asked for her name & corporates phone number she stated " you'll have to investigate that on your own" I will never recommend nor return to this shakeys ever again an all around embarrassing impression of the "Shakeys" trademark.

Shakeys is a great pizza chain but this spot is horrible. My order was cancelled and grubhub called to tell me. NOT shakeys like it should be. The only reason I ordered online was because I called like five times and they never answered. That should of been a sign not to order from there

This place is severely understaffed and lacking; I only count two people, a cashier and a cook. The pizzas were overcooked and dry. The noodles are overcooked and soggy. The mojos are dry and brittle. The chicken is dark and burnt.While I understand the staffing shortage, I think the management needs to help and assign more staff to this location.The food is hard, dry, and grease.The presentation was terrible, they cooked it way beforehand and left it out.

Buffet to expensive pizza was dry burnt and flaky on the bottom no low sugar sweetener used picnic paper plates to thin barely could hold the food.. salad bar not alot of veggies we will never go there again and we will never refer anyone to go there.. best buffet place and not expensive is on arrow hwy and Azusa...
Hadn't been here since covid began. Great to have lunch/ bunch back on again. If you're hungry this is the place to go for lunch.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FRIENDS DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. I order the pcm combo tonight and trust me when I say, this was the worst experience that I have ever had. All of our food was cold and over cooked! I can almost bet that my order was taken out of the buffet. There is no way my food was made to order and this is not the first time. Businesses will not improve if people don't speak up and continue to give them business.

Visited Shakey's on Saturday 3-19-2022 worse experience ever. Pizza was undercooked , inside dinning service was horrible and it was hot inside. We ask the waitress to turn on the A/C but it never happened. Table legs were lose table kept moving. Even thou we dine in they provided thin paper plates and pizza and chicken was served in a box. Will be calling corporate office.

I know it's hard to think about eating at a buffet during these times. However, I had to try to bunch of lunch buffet after smelling the delicious pizza scent in the air. I noticed it was a little empty yet saw the employee swiping everything down nonstop. It put me at ease and the pizza and mojos were so good. Nostalgia took me to a happy place and the variety was great. Veggie, traditional pepperoni, hawian, and meat pizza were on my plate. The chicken was on point and the mojos were so crispy. Had to hit the salad bar to give myself some balance on the meal. You can't go wrong when the eating area, drinking fountain, salad bard, and food line are constantly sanitized. Definitely going back soon. Thank you guys for the hard work and delicious meal.
