Venus our server at West Covina is charmingly pleasant, tentative and helpful.. As a business owner Having great staff is rare. Thank you Venus. Management should increase your wage it will benefit them.

Come here for the salad bar, pretty decent hot food for the price. Personally I love their extras for the salad. My partner raves about their clam chowder. Staff is always friendly and helpful. What I wish they could change is the plate service. Sometimes the servers are too busy to come around and give you another set of plates since they only want to give you one set at a time. It might be better practice to leave you a couple of plates and bowls once you've been seated. I think it would help both server and customer. There was a family with 2 young kids who were yelling and running the ENTIRE visit. I understand that children are the parents responsibility but Sizzler could have asked them to keep the kids in the booths as it is a hazard to customers and staff. Unfortunately the parents allowed the bad behavior and Sizzler did too. Needless to say this visit in particular was not a good experience.

Had a steak they brought tit out raw. And very chewy. Asked for it med well. Veggies were ok. Now my cup. Was dirty and I didn't realize it till we were gonna get up and leave. I wear 24 lipstain and I know for a fact that cup came to me dirty. I never put my lips on a cup always use straws. Took my tip back and called it a night. Also cheesebread not the same. They were very stingy with it.
