This has always been our favorite Sizzler! The food and salad bar are always fresh and delicious! We were greeted by Matthew who took our order and he was so kind and friendly. Our server, Elena, was so sweet and amazing. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. This truly is the best Sizzler with the most outstanding customer service thanks to the people who work there, especially Matthew and Elena.

I appreciate her positive aspiration and amazing vibes (aura) as her smile and attentiveness to detail warmed up my table with her presence; while she came by often to check on my drinks to refill or remove the dirty dishes, as she replaced them with clean plates and bowls when needed. She frequently asked if their is anything else, I need at the moment? (Of course my answer was No not at the moment)
I highly recommend come by and let her know James sent you! We will be over here at Sizzlers in West Covina where the bottomless drinks and endless cheese bread awaits you, and Evelyn will patiently waits to serve you, with her positive aspiration and warming smile.

Brings back that American diner feel I've been missing lately since other places nearby have been disappearing and this Sizzler in particular is nicer than some of the other locations. Our server Philip provided excellent service, was very attentive and served us with some much needed warmth and hospitality!!

I had steak and shrimp ordered today but the steak had a spoiled taste that tasted off that left an unpleasant pungent aftertaste and smell, chewy and rubbery. I can't believe they would still serve this. During covid I ordered from this place many times and I have gotten this kind of steak many times now, sometimes it would taste normal but this is the third time Sizzler gave me food poisoning that's so bad I needed to use the restroom. It should be illegal to serve steak that's gone bad already. I don't reccomended this place
