the most disappointing thing in the world, the manager asked for a glass of water and she said yes, and it happened like twice and she never gave me my glass of water. Very disappointing, obviously I bought a coffee too. But anyway the service and customer service is terrible, they are all angry. It's a mess and the drink I ordered was not made the way I wanted.
