Such a slow drive thru, 16 mins is ridiculous.

I ordered two caramel Frappuccinos today, they were horrible, horrible. They were tasteless, , the worst ever!!!, so disappointed.
Barista didn’t greet us at the drive thru, we were waited about 4 minutes before she ask what we wanted, the worst experience ever.
