First time here. Overall the staff is friendly. The only thing that stands out is the 15-18 min in-store wait. I had a sugar plum cheese Danish within that wait time but my drink didn't come out until several minutes later. It seems the priority was the drive thru. My local store gets it done in a 3rd of that time with triple the traffic.

I don’t mean to be rude at all but if people are paying $5 and up for a drink it should be made right. The one in El Monte on Valley makes them good every time.

The guy that took our order at the window around 6PM Sounded completely rude and uninterested in working. Drinks were not good. What a disappointment. He definitely needs a customer service training handbook ??♂️
