super friendly staff and they made my iced tea perfect! most Starbucks I go to don't practice the standard of shaking the tea and fail to realize what a big taste difference it makes. this Starbucks is amazing!

Would literally give this Starbucks ZERO STARS if I could. I had already ordered at a different Starbucks once today & needed to use the bathroom - and the employees (ATTN MGMT: two younger guys maybe in their twenties with dark hair) & the employees illegally refused to let me use the bathroom even though I had my receipt and said I needed to buy something at THEIR starbucks. Then they laughed and walked away from me to not even finish the conversation. If this was a local coffee shop that needs business to survive I would completely understand, but we’re talking about a CORPORATION.
I’ve never had one Starbucks employee ever refuse me to use the bathroom — even ones with codes. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars over the years at Starbucks, it makes me never want to support Starbucks ever again if this is how they treat their customers. If this is how their baristas want to be tipped, it’s not gonna work.
Just absolutely greedy and absolutely ridiculous.
