First time here. Overall the staff is friendly. The only thing that stands out is the 15-18 min in-store wait. I had a sugar plum cheese Danish within that wait time but my drink didn't come out until several minutes later. It seems the priority was the drive thru. My local store gets it done in a 3rd of that time with triple the traffic.
Every time I order from this location it’s mostly milk. I order a basic coffee with 4 expresso shots with milk, and doesn’t taste like coffee at all. I don’t mean to be rude at all but if people are paying $5 and up for a drink it should be made right. The one in El Monte on Valley makes them good every time.
