I walked into this establishment with a friend & we weren’t greeted let alone acknowledged by the older gentleman standing at the counter (he didn’t look our way) About 10 minutes of us standing there a young man (which now I know his name is Chris) walked up front from the back. Immediately the older gentleman asked Chris to give two female customers spoons. Chris & the older gentleman then made their way over to myself & my friend. I then stated to the older gentleman that it would’ve been nice to be greeted or acknowledged as we walked in. I stated to him you could’ve said welcome in, I’ll be right with you. Chris apologized immediately ( I told him he was fine because he wasn’t in the front upon our arrival). Chris was very kind & patient while preparing our sandwiches. I then asked the older gentleman for his name which he refused to give (stated he’s the manager) wow!! He was very unprofessional & I’m sure the owners would be VERY upset if they knew how he conducted himself. He started calling me rude amongst other names (insulting me) he still refused to give me his name. I asked Chris for the “managers” name as well, Chris refused to disclose his name so I took a photo of him. It’s because of us/customers that subway exists & you have a job.

So I walked in in my lunch and told I have to wait 10 min because they have online orders
I through walk ins are priority since we are taking the time to go inside and buy. What happened to the customer service. Horrible how they prioritized things.

Went there for food, they made me wait like 10 mins. Two workers seemed clueless, probably not their fault. Maybe poorly trained. Lady customer was giving them a hard time because her EBT card wasn't working and they could not accept bigger bills. She kept trying to make it work but it wasn't. Then other worker had to do Door dash order first and then help me. Took a while.

Pickup orders are cold and missing extra cost add-ons like avocado. Understaffed. Don't do online pickup orders at this Subway. Jersey Mike's is close by and better.

On March 8 I purchased a beast sub through the app with extra veggies and did not get what I ordered, they are very cheap, do not go there is my advice to you.

Whenever I order online from this store, they just ignore the selections made. They don't put the veggies and sauce selected and the sandwich tastes bland as a result. You can see other Google reviews about this store and you will note numerous similar complaints. They are cheating customers and discouraging customers from ordering online. Bad service. Will not order again from this Subway store...

the worst service I have ever received

I had to wait for a few minutes to get served. I was barely asked what I wanted until a guy came in after me. The lady server was even talking non-stop to the guy after me while needing to ask me what I wanted in my sandwich until I had to interrupt their conversation to remind the both of them my sandwich is getting cold and that I was there before him. No more common courtesy but discrimination.

Been going to this subway for a while. Always get cheated on my food. Today I decided to weight what they gave me. 1.9 oz chicken. The salad itself (veggies) weighted less than 3 ozs. $28 for two of these.

They don’t know how to follow directions. I ordered on the app and put specific instructions to not put sauces in sandwich and have it on the side. They put it anyways and when I got my sandwich it was just drenched in honey mustard and mayo. Completely oozing and dripping with every bite. It was awful. It was like I was just eating bread filled with honey mustard and mayo. Never again will I go to this location.
