I haven't been a big fan of Subway for a long time but they make a decent sandwich. It was a To Go order that was ready on time and accurate. A 6 inch turkey sandwich was $6. It was loaded with veggies which I liked. They didn't use much meat, but that seems true with most sandwich places I visit lately. Less meat keeps the cost down and. I guess you always have the option to pay extra for more meat. The veggies were fresh and I love that they have spinach.

Could use more colors for bell peppers along with sugar free and sugar alcohol free drinks. Unfortunately, our collective pallets are used to strong flavors, so it's understandable why corporate would be hesitant to focus on competing with Chuck Norris's Morning Kick...

Hello it's 9:14 pm. There are two gals working I'm pretty sure they're the closers. I have a huge complain about one of the employees she clearly did not want to be there and slapped on the meat, veggies with the attitude. Manager please be aware that your employee is losing you business. After giving me attitude and I gave her attitude back she disappeared to the back for like 1 minute ironically what was she doing. Perhaps spitting on the gloves she was going to put on.. who knows. Anywho, I would NOT want this lady working for me. From the two gals it was a shorter one in case you need to know or care to know. We go to enjoy, eat have a nice sandwich not to get attitude and have my sandwich slapped around. Sincerely Disappointed!!

I came to this Subway location to use my coupon that i received in the mail for a footlong sandwich for $6.99. Turns out this place is not accepting the promotion so i exited from the store and drove to another location near Fairway Drive/Colima and they happily accepted my coupon and business. I would not recommend this West Co location to family, friends or strangers.

I've been to several subway restaurants and this place is immaculate,, well maintained and the kids that work here are nice and well mannered..the sandwiches I ordered were done right by a young female manager.. so well i gave her a generous tip.. she was quick with my order and was all smiles when I tipped her .. sometimes when customer service is professional you should tip them.. of course not all customers do,, many come in with attitudes that being the customer...

Nothing wrong with being kids and having a job but the thing is these kids are evil, rude and ungrateful. Even worse is the female supervisor is no different. They show no gratitude, remorse, or kindness.

This was one of the worst experiences at a Subway. I will never return to this Subway let alone any locations. I had ordered two six-inch sandwiches online: a roast beef for my wife and an Italian BLT for myself. Upon arrival, no customers were in the store and the employee did not greet me. As we began eating, my wife said her sandwich tasted weird and we opened it up only to find out there was some sort of Italian vinaigrette. We did not ask for this on our order. I tried calling the store and no one answered so I submitted feedback via the Subway website. I was contacted by a manager basically accusing me of lying saying they prepared the sandwich properly. After going back and forth, they decided to provide a free sandwich, which I declined after the disrespect. We have many choices to eat around this area so I won't be coming back.

I don't know if this guy is new or what but I had such a bad experience here... no greeting, very sour way to treat customer and when I try to place the toppings he just put whatever before even asking... after food was made no word. I said thank you and still no word. I definitely wouldn't want a guy like that to work for me... I feel bad for the owner. Since the taste is all the same for subway, customer service really can make the difference. The girl in here was nice.
