Manager for evening hours was extremely rude. Ordered food and was missing an item, had to wait by counter for over 5 minutes to get the missing item. She kept prioritizing other others that were coming out rather than deal with an unfinished order. I did not have a good time eating here. To think the kiosk ordering would improve service turned out to be a complete failure.

Stopped by this Taco Bell on Azusa Ave, and honestly, it’s one of the better locations I’ve been to. The staff here are polite and quick — my order was ready in just a few minutes, even though it was pretty busy. The food was fresh, warm, and perfectly made — tacos were crispy, and the burritos were nicely filled.
Prices are still super affordable, especially for how clean and well-kept this place is. The dining area looked tidy, and the drive-thru line moved faster than expected. Overall, great service, good food, and solid value for the money. Definitely one of the best Taco Bells in the area!

My supervisor is terrible and doesn’t know how to give me a good schedule and not enough hours and I’m being mistreated by her and management I don’t recommend anybody coming to this Taco Bell she is a terrible employee and supervisor. I feel disrespected and hurt also by the fact that I have a disability that’s a lawsuit right there.

I went to the Taco Bell in Azusa, CA off Foothill Blvd also called Alostra. I was hoping the had the Decades of Food promotion there as it's been a minute since I had a Mexi-Melt. Unfortunately, that location was not a participating Taco Bell. Come to find out later that promotion is only at a limited number of locations. I decided to grab another old favorite from back in the day. The Mexican Pizza!! It was just as good as I remembered it. The price wasn't too bad at $5.99. That's basically the cost of a donut at some places. In my opinion, $4.99 would be a better price point.
The location itself is sort of hidden. Doesn't look that busy when I drive by. This was the first time at this Taco Bell. The restaurant was clean inside and the staff very friendly. The beverage bar was clean and stocked as well as the area where they keep the napkins and packets of taco sauce.
This place was messy, when I walked in only one employee inside. ordered a 3 soft taco supreme that the tortillas were cold, will I comeback undecided.

There was a homeless guy charging his devices right at the entrance. Guy seemed harmless but you never know.
Vegetarian options: There’s a few potato and black bean options plus bean and cheese. It also looks like you can have a black bean chalupa now but it’s pretty expensive
Parking: It’s in a shopping center. If for some reason you can’t park in the front, there’s plenty in the outlying parking lot.

Made a mobile order to pick up in store and someone stole my food. It's not my first time making an in store pickup from here, but my first time getting my food stolen. Other taco bells I've ordered from put the food behind the counter, ask you for your name, then give you your order. This place just leaves the orders out on a shelf in front, where there's often no one manning the register. Out of the 3+ times I've ordered from there, no one is ever in front and someone can easily swipe mobile orders. It was only a matter of time for one of my orders to get stolen.I had to pay twice for my order and was told to take up the issue with the app/corporate. If you're going to make mobile orders from here, pick up from the drive thru. If not, your food is left unattended in the front and can easily be taken.

I ordered a cruncwrap supreme and a Mexican pizza, just to find hair on both of them. Disgusting. Spend 30 dollars on my order just to not be able to enjoy my food. I want my money back. I need a refund. I was there March 30th 2024 around 8 40pm.
