Fast mexican food on a budget! That is still one of the top reasons we all come here. I personally like the fact that food can be prepared vegan style, black beans, rice, sauce, lettuce, Pico de gallo, enough said! Get a burrito, tostada, nachos, there are some options for us plant-based foodies.Enjoy...

This place is amazing! the stuff made the food so you can taste all if those delicious taco bell flavors that I've enjoyed (for over 20 years )in every single bite i love this place is always clean and if you traveling to California and on the area i highly recommend this location best taco bell i ever been!:)Vegetarian options: They will replace meat for beansParking: Beautiful viewKid-friendliness: The energy of the place is good for kids families can enjoy a meal here

Ordered the spicy potato soft tacos and was the worst. Potato was like day old potatoes and the tortilla was very cold. Not even warm food. Food not cooked correctly can build bacteria. Taco bell should do surprise customer orders to see that there is an issue at the West Covina taco bell.
I don't know what these guys are doing but I haven't got a regular crunchy taco that wasn't soggy EVER from this place! I've been to other taco bells and they don't serve taco shells that are soggy..Rediculas..

Since a lot of this locations ordering is done through the App. or Drive thru, the counter service is a bit slow and the Dine in area is always empty.
One of the cleanest Taco Bell locales I've ever stepped into. Had a pretty good look at the kitchen area, and it also looked very clean & orderly. The gentleman who took my order seemed new, but did a good job. I ordered their Crispy Melt Box that they were advertising on their menu board. For $9.99 plus tax, the Crispy Melt Box included a good amount of food. Specifically, the Crispy Melt Box includes the following:Crispy Melt Beef Crunchy Taco. It tasted pretty darn good. Taco shell was crunchy, and it was packed with yummy ingredients.Beef Chalupa Supreme. Not bad. Not my favorite part of the meal, but still good.Beefy 5 Layer Burrito. I liked this burrito too. Tasty and filling.Chips and Cheese. Chips were crunchy, and went well with the cheese sauce.The meal also included a drink. Plenty of options available at their fountain machine. Don't forget to ask for straws, napkins, sauces, etc. I think you have to request these items.Good 4 star experience at the West Covina Taco Bell.

This location is horrible. Twice I've ordered food and received no sauce. There exact words are "there is a sauce shortage". If that's the case it should have been communicated when the order was picked up. Additionally, when asked Samantha who could careless she asked me what kind of sauce I ordered because depending on the kind of sauce ordered that would determine how many sauces received. That's bs because I received none at all. It's better to just say we forgot...because we are too busy being incompetent then to give a damn about your food service. I know it's just a sauce, but that's a pretty simple request to fulfill. After all the order itself was done online which eliminates the employees from having to think. Just reach in your secret low shortage stash of sauce and toss them in the bag.
