Now these tacos are the smallest in the world. One bite is all you get from each taco. If you get tripas they charge you $2 for tacos and .50 more if you get thripas. Unfortunately that will be the last time. Not worth the money. Especially the portions.The place can use some cleaning or paint. Doesn’t cost much to clean up the place.The counter has foils paper and tape. Covering what’s behind it.This place needs a little TLC .Good luck guys! Just my input if you want more business!

The menu at the restaurant is outdated as I was informed they didn't have some of the options. Birria tacos were good, but it did not include the birria marinade/sauce for dipping. The al vapor tacos were a bit dry, and the sauces were necessary. Staff was friendly and patient. The restaurant had ample sitting. The window sign showed an A rating.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. As you can see in the pic it appears to be a cockroach wing. We were grateful El Bukanas was open on New Years Day. Parking was available and the place looked clean. We ordered tacos de canasta and quesabirria which we enjoyed before at El Bukanas in Hacienda Heights. We even tipped $3! As I chewed on the first bite I saw it in the cabbage and spit the food back out. My husband spit his out as well. He thought it was shrimp. That was not shrimp!! At least they refunded our money. Be careful out there guys.
Menu prices are wrong and they do not honor the prices displayed. Overpriced meals.

Burritos and tacos are really good. The Asada is chopped super fine. A little pricey for such a small burrito, but it has always beef good. Haven't had anything bad here, and there is taco Tuesday where we order at least 25-30 tacos!!

Been coming here for years and the food has always been high quality and great value! The staff is awesome, especially Karen! One of my favorites is the hand made corn tortilla quesadilla and the wet burritos are too die for. There really is not a bad choice when you come to this spot!
