Excellent service! Taro milk tea hot was delicious and sweet. Kids for the strawberry snow...LOVED it. Hubby got the milk tea and he says it's brewed a little bitter here, must be the type of black tea. Otherwise, all good and we keep going back. Cute place with a fun seasonal chalk drawing in the back!

Cute place but incredibly mid drinks/food. We ordered a strawberry milk boba tea and it was honestly bad so we threw it away, and ordered a banana chocolate smoothie and it tasted like milk and ice w/o the banana or chocolate.. When we asked to make it sweeter the girl was rude about it, but I mean I get it. I work in service industry too and they were possibly tired. Overall, bad service + drinks.

Just came in, only one worker, there's a man using the kiosk to order, I stood and asked if she could take my order, she asked if I could use the kiosk, the man took forever ordering not sure if he could read it or find whatever drink he was looking for, but my goodness 5 minutes is a crazy time to just ORDER a drink i understand waiting for it and mind you there's only two customers will someone help this man order his drink so the rest of us can get to where we need to be like this is so annoying

I just had a great experience at Tea Spots our cashier was Kelly super sweet and Bella the barista that made our drinks made the drinks sooooo good! I literally don’t want to finish my drink it’s so good! not exaggerating i know it looks kinda off but it’s so good! they both made us feel really comfortable ordering! 10/10 love this place

Feeling another need for a boba fix , I hit up local spot, Tea Soots. In addition to boba they also had cafe food. Lots of boba choices with ability to choose sugar level and ice. Although they didn’t add any extra sugar my honey lavender milk tea included syrup flavor rather than real flavor. I’d prefer natural flavors. Also my large was a short and fat cup rather than tall and skinny. Over ok but when available, go natural.

go to boba shop :)Highly recommend their honey glazed crispy chicken. The Italian Float is very delish as well. Any of their flavored teas and their dirty milk tea are great. If you are a sweet tooth, definitely get your hands on their brick toast.

The boba was hard. The Churo sunday was overpowered by brown sugar and ice cream was melted. It tasted like a brown sugar melt. The Taro smoothie was was a milk shake. The Oreo smoothie tastes like a chocolate melt.

The staff were super sweet! And willing to answer questions. The jasmine tea was also really good.But don’t get the cheese foam, it’s way too salty. I’ll try their boba instead next time I go.The food was Hit and Miss! The sesame seed balls were nice and crispy! And the chicken was great! But the tofu was kinda bland, they probably just need to add a bit more salt, the texture was great tho!Overall a really cute space with plenty of seating a decent air conditioner.Def give it as try.
