First impression, it smells like a dirty bathroom in here. Huge turn off already. Plenty of seating for people to study, eat, and hang out. Plenty of parking since it's located in a plaza20% off one drink when you check in on Yelp! Convenient kiosk to order from (but you can't use the Yelp discount on it) and you can't collect rewards since the rewards system is different than the register. I'm not going to be a repeat customer so doesn't matter to me. Ordered a large shaved snow and a drink. Texture was very fluffy. Flavor of the snow was weak and tasted watery. Toppings I picked were mango and mochi If you're going to advertise in season fruits, at least have ripe fruit.... the mango was hard and sour. Topping amounts were also very little for a large shaved snow. Redeeming factor was the condense milk which saved the whole thing just barely. I would still not come back again. The experience was also not helped by the fact that the to go container was sticky in the outside and dripping melted snow onto my lap due to some being on the outside of the container. I understand it can be messy to fill the container but I don't think it's hard to give the container a quick wipe. The drink was disgustingly sweet but maybe it's better when ordered less sweet. At 100% sweet it's diabetes in a cup.

The boba was hard. The Churo sunday was overpowered by brown sugar and ice cream was melted. It tasted like a brown sugar melt. The Taro smoothie was was a milk shake. The Oreo smoothie tastes like a chocolate melt.

The staff were super sweet! And willing to answer questions. The jasmine tea was also really good.But don’t get the cheese foam, it’s way too salty. I’ll try their boba instead next time I go.The food was Hit and Miss! The sesame seed balls were nice and crispy! And the chicken was great! But the tofu was kinda bland, they probably just need to add a bit more salt, the texture was great tho!Overall a really cute space with plenty of seating a decent air conditioner.Def give it as try.

I got a strawberry milk tea and it tasted expired and bitter nothing like strawberry, I didn't want to be the bad guy but at the same time didn't want it to be a waste of money I asked if it was possible to exchange and the girl was nice enough to do it, the second item was a milk tea to be on the safe side and that too was nasty 0 sugar, it tasted like black tea and bitter had to trash it.
I've been coming here since it first open. It never disappoints. Everything is good and the people who work here are the nicest!

5 STARS ALL Day EVERY DAY! I visit Tea Spots pretty frequently, about once a week at least. With that being said this review is way over due! The service is always friendly, always inviting and very consistent! Speaking of consistency, the boba and quality of their beverages is always on point and very authentically tasty! Tina is always so amazing and friendly when I see her! Tina always accommodates my special requests for almond milk and half-sweetened beverages, she's honestly the best!

This place is a gem in Pasadena! It's been hard finding certain Asian dishes since moving up here... used to be in center of SGV with tons of options for things. It's great how their menus is so diverse! Tried the snow ice (giant portion btw!) and popcorn chicken which both slapped. Will be back for the actual meals!

The boba and food here are really good plus you can see them using real fruit behind the window. The avocado smoothie is so fresh too. Also nice customer service everytime I come! The cashier was really nice and I had a short conversation with her. Overall, pretty cool and nice place to eat and drink!
