The food here is good. But they seriously have a problem with their online order system. Half the time I place an order, they always forget to make it. It would be faster if I were just to order it in person. Keep in mind, my online order is during off peak hours.

I really enjoy the food but I think it is absolutely absurd that you can't contact the specific store directly at all whatsoever. It's corporate or some type of answering service who specifically told me they can't contact the store to simply ask if they can add mayo to my sandwich, instead they said that I should tell my driver to get me packets. Wtf?!?!?!
I always order online. This is the second time we only get a partial order. I called and asked to speak with a manager. Told me they had no store manager and hung up on me. I want my tips back! Good food. Lousy service. Take everything out of the bag before you leave the store. Or youll be short a burger or two when you get home.

We have been to this restaurant many times we ordered two salads and some burgers brought them home. My son found a piece of metal in his salad. I tried to call the store. They immediately referred me to corporate office. I got the runaround nobody cared. Nobody called to see if he was OK and they sent me an email with a gift card for a single burger what a joke I never asked for anything but they sent me a burger, I will never eat in Habit again

Ordered through DoorDash. BBQ chicken arrived without avocado that I paid extra for and no dressing. I can't eat a salad without dressing. It's basically just dry leaves. Won't order from this establishment again.
