I can't help but express how much I wish we had something like that here in my hometown of El Paso! I had the opportunity to enjoy this incredible food while in California for just a couple of days, and I couldn't resist going back for more. It was such a delight to experience that culinary bliss two days in a row!

Great food but during the dinner rush the staff tend hover and almost insist on you paying even when you’re still eating and conversing to get you to leave. Food makes up for the service IMO

Food was great but pricey for just asian fast food joint. Service was lacking a little and it was very crowded.

Love love love this place. There’s always somewhat of a wait, but it moves quickly. Once you’re seated the food comes out super fast. We’ve been here a few times and try something different each time. So far everything we’ve tasted has been excellent.

Very judgemental patrons and workers ruin an otherwise good place.

Tasty dumpling house! Walk in and sit yourself at the counter! Yummy apps! Plenty of plate options! Wide variety of milks and teas!

Food is great, usually there's a lot of people so I try to come when it's less busy. The dumplings, pork are so good and love their matcha as well.

The Mayo shrimp is fabulous. Braised beef noodle soup is the best I’ve had. A must visit for me when I’m in Los Angeles.

Great food and fast service. The restaurant is loud and tightly packed. I highly recommend getting it to if you don't do well with loud, crowded places. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated on a Sunday.

Thumbling in West Covina is a cozy dumpling spot known for its juicy xiao long bao, tasty beef rolls, and flavorful sides like garlic string beans. The restaurant is small and often busy, so waits can run 15–20 minutes, but ordering through their QR code system makes things efficient once you’re seated. Service is quick and straightforward, and while the tables are close together, the food makes up for it—many even compare it favorably to Din Tai Fung at a more affordable price. Overall, it’s a great place for dumpling lovers looking for bold flavors without the upscale cost.

Wait time for a Friday night was about 20 mins. We checked in online. Great food, fast service. Really enjoyed the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, spicy wontons and shrimp and pork steamed dumplings.
