The sisig is amazing. So many dishes that I don't know the name of (I just pointed at what caught my attention) but all of them were good. Managed to split 6 or so different dishes between my family and I so we managed to get a taste of a bunch of their food. Their drinks are really good, especially the calamansi juice. Would go

What happened to this staff? Specifically the women? I came in feeling under the weather just wanted a bowl of soup. When I first asked, the girl helping me looked at me oddly. I asked again if they have sinigang. She said, “No, they have another kind of soup.” I didn’t even know what that soup tasted like but I just wanted a soup so I can go home. Then they tell me they don’t sell the soup by itself….. What!? You’re not a corporate business. If you don’t have a button to charge for soup, you create one. How do you turn money away as a small business? It’s beyond me. Couple of other times I’ve asked for somethin and they are just so unwilling. Why!? I been on my last straw with this place. Everytime I come here with my daughter I’m just hoping I find another place she likes. The women, who happen to be of my ethnicity have gotten so Americanized that they don’t smile, they don’t have hospitality, they even forgot how to accommodate. I usually tell them “maraming salamat” before I go and they usually give no response. I came over here from the Philippines at a young age. I know very well how harsh the comparisons are to life here in the U.S compared to the Philippines. You hit the ground running here, people are rough in some areas and there are people out here waiting to take advantage of you. But regardless of my struggles here for 33 years, my character has remained intact. Maybe for them it’s too late to change who they have become. Anyway, after I left I called a couple of other places, Toto’s Lechon had sinigang. I go over and it’s like night and day. Those women are smiling. They are happy and enthusiastic, making jokes with me. Thanks to them I’m at home comfortably having what was voted the best soup worldwide.

I was very disappointed when I ordered their pancit palabok. It was just horrible...it was super watery, they used frozen shrimp that was dime size, the thin noodles made it even worse. Fixing you get from authentic palabok, was all missing. And the presentation was just horrible. It just looked like they threw everything in the to go plate. Horrible, just horrible. If I could post a picture of it here, I would. Never again. It just put a disgrace to authentic Filipino pancit palabok.

Great Filipino food, polite and attentive service. Would giggly recommend. Sat down with the family and we all got different things to eat, which is great for sharing and trying things you didn't order

Titas of Manila is truly my most favorite Filipino turo-turo restaurant in West Covina. They have an extensive menu of Filipino entrees and select dishes are served on certain days. I ordered a two-item combo with steamed rice, Puso ng Saging (Banana Blossoms) and Kare-Kare (Beef Peanut Stew). Service was pretty fast since I arrived at 11:30AM (it does get busy during peak hours, especially lunchtime). The lady behind the counter was truly generous with the portions she put for all my entrees. The entire order cost almost $16, which is not bad for top quality homestyle Filipino food. The Kare-Kare had crisp vegetables, tender slices of beef and the peanut sauce is really savory. It's my most favorite entree among all their dishes and I highly recommend this. The Puso ng Saging was unique because it's my first time trying it sautéed in coconut milk. I'm not used to the semi-sour flavor, but the banana blossom's texture matched well with the coconut milk. The only disappointing item was their Sago't Gulaman because the tapioca and jelly were tough and no longer fresh. The overall ambiance is truly bright and inviting, and has a homey feel because of their inspiring decorations. Of course, TFC (The Filipino Channels) was airing on their TV screen. I'll be back again at Titas of Manila for my Filipino food fix in West Co!

Drove 40 mins to this place for their UBE crinkles but they gave me chocolate crinkles instead! when I first saw the crinkles I questioned why it's black instead of purple and was assured that it is UBE and the black was just the coloring. I took their word for it but when I got home and it turned out it is chocolate flavored instead of what I asked for. Very disappointing and felt I was lied to.

Ived always liked this place since it was pinoy pinay. However today that trust of filipino food was broken. Me and my wife went here before they closed. Theres not a lot of selections which we understood. I ordered the chicken curry. After a long day i was excited to finally eat for the first time today. A few hours later. I felt cold sweats, rumbling stomach and a head ache. I felt so nauseous that led to non stop vomiting for 2 hours straight and still going at 1226am 7/4/2023 and my stools were so wet that it was like I was peeing for my rectum. This is all I ate today aside from pop tarts from home and coffee this morning which is my common go to food daily so I'm 100% positive that I got food poisoning from this place. I am so disappointed and I dont think I'll ever come back. A friend of mine mentioned that they also got sick here before but I just ignored it because I used to like this place. The owner needs to stop serving old ass food from 2 to 3 days ago to save money and have the dignity and pride to serve fresh food. If my vomiting does not stop I will find a way to get this place sorted out by the health department. Such a dangerous practice for a west covina restaurant staple. Great location to be a big disappointment! Thanks for ruining my 4th of july.

*******This occurred on Sunday the 21st at around 11:45 am, so yes please look at your camera and see how we stood there and how each person just kept walking back and forth like they were too busy to speak and say something to us!!I can’t tell you exactly how the food taste. Only that the prices were steep! My husband , daughter and I stood in the front of the line waiting to be helped and was ignored! After 3 mins of watching everyone walk by and actually make eye contact and not ask if they could help us we walked out! So rude, and I was going to actually look to have a catering of 80 people in June. So their loss and now I know NEVER go to Tita’s of Manila!!!!
