come for the music. don't eat the food. poor non-existent service. had to just go to the front and order after 30 mins after being told someone would come take our order at the table. had to return the wings because they were completely raw and the pizza was cardboard and tasteless. got our money back and just had drinks. can't screw up beer.

We went for lunch and regretted going. The place was empty, and I thought they were closed. We were used to going to Shakeys, but it turned into this bistro. The food was super dry and tasteless. It was also too expensive for a piece of fried chicken and a personal pizza. Would not return and could not recommend it.

Get out and support this place. The staff is very friendly and quick to help. Everything was excellent. The Hawaiian pizza was hot and cheesy with a good amount of pineapple. The bone in wings were served piping hot, with a good amount of sauce on them, and served with a crisp fresh cucumber and ranch dressing. The pitchers of beer are a full pitcher at a fair price. There are sports on the tv's. There is even live music on the weekends.

*** First Time Review *** This location used to be a Shakey's. I was curious to what Tito's would be. Next door is Tita's of Manila which is a Filipino restaurant. Tito's could be Filipino ~"Tito" means uncle in Filipino ~or it could be Latino~Tito could be a nickname. Turns out it's a little bit of both! They serve pizza, wings, pasta, salad, appetizers that you would see in an American style pizza place, and then you spin it on your head with interesting pizza toppings like corn, birria, carne asada, lechon kawali (pork belly), salted egg, sardines, longanisa & tocino. (iykyk!) The offered filipino food from a separate Filipino menu that has several styles of sisig !!! We ordered the half chicken & the dozen chicken wings in lemon pepper. Half chicken ($15.99) The half chicken was ok. It could have used some salt, but it was decently cooked. Dark meat is always juicier than white, but I feel this was a bit rushed. Serving half chicken was going to be a hit or miss, as it us cooked to order, but there wasnt much of a crowd, so we had to wait. That fine line of "worth the wait" & "waited too long" is always a struggle. Portion size was on the smaller side, but did come with fries. I say this only because of our other order the Lemon Pepper Chicken. Lemon Pepper Chicken ($15.99 for dozen) It could have used more lemon pepper seasoning, but they were ginormous!!! At $15.99 per dozen, I think this is a better deal than the half chicken. Batter was crunchy & thicker than what I had expected. I would order this again, but maybe with a different sauce. The breading could stand up to a saucy sauce like buffalo or bbq. Overall: 7/10 I would try this place again. It was late late at night when we came & on an off night. People who were there seemed to enjoy the food & atmosphere... and seemed like regulars. Liked the karaoke. Dinner & a show is always a plus! Thank you for reading.

I recently revisited Titos Bistro again for an early dinner, and I must say, it did not disappoint. I decided to try their new addition to the menu and ordered Crispy Binagoonganand it was absolutely delicious! The pork was perfectly crispy, and the bagoong (shrimp paste) added a delightful savory flavor that paired wonderfully with the sweetness of the fresh mangoes on top. It turns out, Titos Bistro not only serves pizzas and beer but also offers a range of flavorful Filipino dishes. I also had the opportunity to try the Tokwa't Baboy and the Mechado, and both dishes exceeded my expectations. West Covina truly holds a hidden gem with this restaurant.

Took almost 10min to be acknowledged, however once I was seated everything went smoothly. Service was quick and food was great. I'd definitely recommend it.

First off I would like to say that the customer service at this restaurant was above and beyond. Friendly employees who are there to make sure you have what you need. Now to the food... I would probably need to go back to try their menu items but I only tried their lunch time Saturday buffet. Salad was fresh and dressings were tasty. Pizza was too thin and overcooked/burnt, spaghetti sauce was really good but both pasta choices were undercooked and some parts even crispy. Mashed potatoes seemed to be from a powder mixture and tasted processed, ratatouille was actually really good and perfectly seasoned also the potato wedges were really crispy and tasty, finally the fried chicken, was super dry. I didn't taste the Mac and cheese nor the Alfredo sauce since it had mushrooms which I don't eat. I did see that they hold karaoke nights on Friday so will definitely be going back to check that out!

Lunch Buffett didn't have variety (only 2 types of Pizza) and the pasta was cold. Hopefully it improves in quality. Also, we had to wait for our beverages.
