I was there yesterday for lunch , I ask for waba hot sauce and cashier the girl gave me teriyaki sauce so I ask her again waba hot sauce......what a idiot girl don't even know hot sauce and teriyaki sauce or just playing Food taste was Soso green onion was very dry. Not coming back here

This place is my favorite. I took my family there to eat dinner and the food was so good. Fresh chicken and very good ribs. Very friendly cashiers and fast service. Will be coming back soon.
Whenever I order through doordash they always seem to forget something like today they didn’t send me my drink , tf am I supposed to do just choke on it or what ? Horrible service never

Went there for lunch order a chicken bowl. Almost cracked my tooth on some type of fragment, possible chicken bone not sure tiny sediments. I'm not one too take pictures of what was in my mouth appeared yellow/brown tint. Also chewed some tendon pieces.-Toilet smell was not pleasant, no one should have to experience.

The salmon plate was very tasty and good but a bit pricey. Overall restaurant is fairly clean. My cashier was ok, not the best customer service. She was not rude but not friendly or helpful as well. First time at Waba grill.

This is an excellent Waba location you should give it a try. The meats used were perfectly cooked and seasoned with high quality meat. The service was very friendly and professional. The price was very good imo.

the portion size isn’t fair. i go to the waba in Walnut and they actually use the whole bowl for the food. this location has a strong grip on the food for some reason. in photo i moved the chicken to one side to pour sauce on rice and with other locations i can barely put the chicken to one side. with this one, well u can see. i keep making the mistake to go to this location for convenience. next time i’ll drive the extra three miles to go to walnut location for better fair portions. At walnut i can barely see the rice underneath. Amar location is BAD
The food is good but people that work here close really early, driving off their customers. They usually clean up around 30 minutes before they close, making you feel unwelcome.

Called to order several family meals pick up. Blanca had answered the phone and put me on hold for 15 minutes. My husband showed in person while still on hold on the phone and have them see for themselves how long we’ve been waiting. He asked to speak to the manager, Bianca, who wasn’t there. Very unprofessional, not the type of person I would want working for my company. She didn’t even apologize.

When eating waba meat, you have to remove all the ashes before eating~ I eat waba and there is something chewing on it, so I spit it out and there is ashes. When it enters the human body, it causes cancer. Be careful when eating Teriyaki meat. Disgusting!

I live out of town, was visiting my family, and craving waba, since they do not have one where I am at. We stopped in here and customer service was great, food is delicious, staff is great, and the manager blanca was attentive, polite, and professional. Made my in town experience pleasant. My family will definitely be returning. 100% recommend this waba grill location.
