idk if the manager makes the employees put so little meat, but i didnt pay fucking $11.50 for a little bit of steak and a shit ton of rice. ima go to the one on valley now. if i come back here again and my bowl looks like this picture ima talk to the manager bc this is crazy. i asked for more after and the employees were nice about it. but im after that manager

Horrible, if I can give it zero stars I would. I ordered two bowls, one spicy Waba, and one regular waba Along with an order of potstickers. The only sauce that was provided was one of sweet chili and it was dumped in bag. They literally placed the dumplings upside down. When I called to let them know, the lady I spoke with, was very rude and basically saying what I was saying wasn't true, so I figured I'd post a picture and let everyone know to avoid going to this location and maybe they should be more professional when dealing with customers over the phone.

Incompetent and unaware workers is all I have to say. I ordered two chicken bowls over the phone in hopes of getting there and simply just picking up and leaving ... but no. I waited 30 minutes sitting down while 3 people after me had ordered and I just watched them get their food before me. I got impatient asked the workers if my food was ready and had the audacity to ask what I had ordered (same person who took my order and had no one inside the facility when I got there). I simply asked to get my money back and left extremely unhappy. Please stop hiring these children who just stare cluelessly when asked simple questions. At least have the common sense to asks me what I had ordered or what I need if you see a person sitting in your store looking impatient. Do better.

Went there for lunch order a chicken bowl. Almost cracked my tooth on some type of fragment, possible chicken bone not sure tiny sediments. I'm not one too take pictures of what was in my mouth appeared yellow/brown tint. Also chewed some tendon pieces.-Toilet smell was not pleasant, no one should have to experience.

Blanca is the sweetest. ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND KIND. I just had to take a moment to recognize her, she is always so courteous and kind. One thing in particular that always sticks out is that this Waba grill is always clean. All the employees get along so well with smiles on their faces that are not forced they are genuine.

The salmon plate was very tasty and good but a bit pricey. Overall restaurant is fairly clean. My cashier was ok, not the best customer service. She was not rude but not friendly or helpful as well. First time at Waba grill.

I have always loved WaBa Grill over Flame Broiler. This was my first time ordering from this location & also using Uber eats to make an order. I ordered a Steak Plate with a replacement of the fruit for two gyoza/potstickers. I had also specified for green onion.Along with a side of Edamame Kimchi, Side Salad, Rice Krispy Marshmallow. -The Steak plate was perfect ! - Just was missing the green onions. - The Edamame Kimchi was completely something else. The Edamame tasted like the dressing from the salad and was not spicy nor did it have a "kimchi" taste. It was also COMPLETELY FORZEN !-The side salad that I ordered separately had no dressing for it. I believe if I were to ever go back to this location, I would rather go in and place my order than ordering thru Uber eats.

Good customer service at the register but little buddy in the back needs to learn to cut more chicken. Bought a value bowl and he legit put like 5 little strips of chicken train him better please!
The employees here are super nice and helpful, they were patient with our large order, one of the best Waba grills I've been to since moving here

This is an excellent Waba location you should give it a try. The meats used were perfectly cooked and seasoned with high quality meat. The service was very friendly and professional. The price was very good imo.

The manager and staff are really rude and not helpful. I don't recommend coming here due to really bad service and how unfriendly they are. I will not be coming back to this location.

the portion size isn’t fair. i go to the waba in Walnut and they actually use the whole bowl for the food. this location has a strong grip on the food for some reason. in photo i moved the chicken to one side to pour sauce on rice and with other locations i can barely put the chicken to one side. with this one, well u can see. i keep making the mistake to go to this location for convenience. next time i’ll drive the extra three miles to go to walnut location for better fair portions. At walnut i can barely see the rice underneath. Amar location is BAD
