The food quality man…. Every bite had so much nerves. Not only did they throw in a few bits of broccoli and called it half veggies but the meat. I tried to eat around it but honestly there was too much gushy stuff in each bite . Not going back.

I am a weekly customer. I like coming to this location rather than the one closest to my house. Food and service is great, for the most part. My only complaint is that, as a commuter, when I am 10 minutes from restaurant, I tend to call my order in, I’m driving, therefore I can’t place an order online. Most of the time I call 3-4 times before anyone picks up the phone, I get it, they get busy. But today for example I called 11 times! Finally I got there, dialed inside the store and one of the workers was folding bags (she had piles of them!) instead of answering the phone. Maybe it’s time to prioritize orders over bags please? I like you guys, but… come on!

I ordered a chicken bowl....when I got home the chicken was burnt...and I bit into a piece of chicken and it had a very sharp price of bone in it and punctured the roof of my mouth....never will I go there again

It is a typical WaBa Grill joint, this one is located in Eastland Center of West Covina. I have visited this place in 2024, when I was working in the area. I would come here, after leaving my job, to have my dinner. The prices for meals were quite fair. If my memory serves me well, I would usually spend between $10 to $20. At the same time, the staff were helpful and attentive. In addition, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Of course, the place was also neat. So, if anyone is in West Covina area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment.

It is a typical WaBa Grill establishment. I visited this location, several times, to have my dinner, after work hours. The meals, were as usual, delicious. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy my meals. The service was prompt and attentive. Furthermore, I did not have to spend much time, while waiting for my meals. At the same time, the place was neat. So, if anyone is in West Covina, I would recommend to visit this specific location, on Barranca Street.

We got the family pack steak chicken. Said it would feed 4. Chicken was 1 chicken breast and the steak I don’t know if that was real meat. It was horrible and looked like dried beef jerky. No flavor at all. Rice was very bland as well. Will not be back.
HORRIBLE place, everything is dirty and not taken care of. the manager damaris is SO RUDE. what are y'all waiting for to fire her?!? you can clearly tell she is manipulative and extremely rude by how she talks to you only because her english is limited. As a manager i know how to treat customers with kindness and respect and she has zero experience and also limited with that LOL. the bathroom is also really dirty and at night there is roaches and rats hanging around the wanna grill. avoid at all costs if you want to live to see another day and go to another location please. God Bless
