They need to clean their water tap or something. I got a cup of light yellow water. I didn’t notice until I took a sip. It tasted awful. My coffee is even having a hard time covering the taste left in my mouth. Additionally, I tried the ghost pepper nuggets for the first time. I ordered a 4 piece and received 2 ghost peppers and 2 regular nuggets lol. A little more time and attention to service seems necessary here. To be honest I will not visit this location again. I’ve been here a few times before and didn’t have a problem but something is very off about my order. There is even a really odd taste to the chili.

The lady who gave me my food outside was very nice. Didn't get her name. But a chicken sandwich was forgotten to be charged and she went back inside to charge and get it for me so I didn't have to go out. Thank you! You're the best!
You want $20 an hour, yet there’s no one to take my order. Looks like the drive thru is more important than walk ins. Hello Pollo Loco. At least I was able to place the order myself.?♂️

This is really serious. I just came here and ordered two sandwiches. I pulled away after paying and realized I only had one. I looked in the bag and realized they had not given me a receipt. I went inside and the lady I guess she was the manager said oh yeah our systems are down and we don't have receipts., that is beyond illegal and I told her she needs to lock her door immediately. They refused. This place I'm not sure what they're up to. Be careful about giving them your credit card
