Incredible from the moment you enter you feel the good vibes of this place, the drinks and food are delicious, the presentation is delicious, what your eyes see is what your palate delights, the treatment is very friendly and they tell you how many calories what you eat contains , the clients make you feel at home, I have been coming to the dentist across the street for a long time and I regret not having entered this wonderful place sooner. very remembered, you can't come to West Covina and not visit this place

The protein waffles are delicious, is a must try item that they offer. Or if you’re looking for more a of a drink they also offer a variety of protein shakes . The environment is friendly and this place is really clean. I’ve been coming here for the past year and the service is excellent I highly recommend it, and if you do come ask for Elisa she is awesome .

These were DELICIOUS! First time trying it and do NOT regret it. I could chug my pumpkin oreo crumble. Owners were friendly and fast. Service was great. Tried a berry spice tea (not pictured) and that was delicious as well. The decor is cute and simple and they had music playing. The vibe is very warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back. Yummmyy! This place is super cute, many areas to take cute selfies & they also have a ring light if you're really trying to get a cute pic. The service was great and they give you a large portion for protein shakes in comparison to other places in the area. They also blend the shakes with real fruit unlike some other places I've been to. I got the strawberry cheesecake it had 24g of protein (great for meal replacement if you're on the go) as well as crumbled graham, caramel & whip cream, it was so good I couldn't stop drinking it. The owner was really friendly and also gave me a free keratin (sorry if I misspelled this) energy drink which was even more delicious! My new protein shake spot!
