The staff is so friendly and good to this grumpy old man! I appreciate the staff so much and the food is amazing I have been eating at this location for around 20 years! I recommend everything! Thank you and keep up the great work!!

Last night I went through the drive through. Keyariah was extremely rude! She didn’t let me add on something in the window. She made me go all the way back around to order another plate. She barely put any meat in both orders. I paid 9$ for 4 bites of meat.. She got my order wrong and added vegetables when I didn’t ask for it. She removed the veggies and didn’t add meat she just spread the little meat.. then slammed the drive through window.. it’s crazy how places will hire people like this, like girl if you don’t like your job don’t work at all. I’ve been to other locations and they put a a bit more meat and are respectful to their customers. I will not be returning to this location.

I bought 2 combos, they gave me the order wrong. The portion of rice and meat it's really a joke for the price.
I'll never back to this location.
I hope they understand that the money is not easy.

The people were nice, however it seems like they only half pay attention when you order. I ordered a combo, chicken and beef, veggies on the side and an extra side of chicken, and a drink.
After I ordered I found a table and sat down. I then realized they forgot to give me my cup for my drink. I went back up to the counter to get it, filled my cup and sat down again. When the food was ready I went back up to the counter, got my food and sat down again. As I was getting ready to eat my food I realized there was no side of vegetables. I went back to the counter again and asked for my vegetables. They packed them in a container and I sat down again. As I opened the container for my main meal I see they forgot to put sauce on my chicken. (I wanted sauce on the chicken and I paid for an extra side of sauce), and there was very little chicken. I went back to the counter again and I had to show them there was no sauce on the chicken. They then proceeded to give me another side of sauce. This is too many mistakes just for one order and it seemed like I was bothering them when I was just asking for what I paid for.

They made fun of me, they need to be more honest, courteous and kind to customers (I ordered a mango soda with waba and they gave me less than half of the case and without waba) I asked them why they told me that they didn't have waba and how could they not? I asked for ice, which was only less than a quarter of the glass of the soda.

Very bad, they don't greet when you arrive, they act deaf when you want to order something else, but the service is very bad, they act deaf, lack of education, a hair came out in the food OMG, disgusting

It's been several times I get there at 10 am for my lunch break, but they're never open. They're schedule shouldn't say they open at 10am, they should definitely change that.

I got multiple bad experience with the food at this location, but that's not what I am here for this time. I ordered Boba at different locations now. Every time I order at this location will end up with more than half of cup of ice. It literately takes 2-3 sips to empty the cup. Boba I got at Other Yoshinoyas got less than 20% of ice in the cup. I believe Yoshinoya got a SOP for making these right? Why does your location have so much ice in it? I ordered at at least 4 locations, all other 3 locations have pretty much same amount of ice. You guys are the only one with so much ice in it. Why?
