Been to this location so many times and every time they do the same thing. Never ever get a full plate of food. It’s always half a spoon full and their hands shake nervously if they give a little more.

This panda is by far the worst panda I have consistently been to. The food is always either stale or off tasting and I just started to assume I didn't like panda express anymore. This is tell I had panda in a different city, even just panda from a few miles away and it blew this location out of the water. Last time I went here the teriyaki chicken tasted like boiled tofu. Whoever is running this location needs to refresh the staff.

AWFUL SERVICE!!! Juan the manager is incompetent and has no control over the terrible service that his employees give. I asked the manager and the employe, Jay, for the corporate number to report them and they refused to provide this information to me. Jay is an employee who was incredibly disrespectful and should not be working in the customer service industry. I hope the company knows and is aware of the problem at this location.

Ordered online. When I got my food they forgot my drink when I called in they refused to refund me or bring me a new one. Then when I opened my food it had fried rice and not fried rice and chow main (the app said two choices idk but yha) I only like chow main and got fried rice as second choice.

Terriyaki Chicken without asking me if Inwant the sauce taste like Shit! Taste like from frozen to microwave. . The woman ( lesbian) whomis happened to be the server and cashier NOT even smiling to customer- shes serving my food while chatting and laughing with the conworker. This is Sunday night Oct 1,2023 8:20pm. They prefer to cheat chat to each other than to greet and smile to the customer. The woman should not be the server - she can work in the back If she dont smile to the customer.

If you come and see Christopher, rude customer service, was rude to my daughter and u had my dog in my hands.After I had told him that he was being rude, he took my dayghters bowl and was tossing it in the air. I recommend Winnetka and Ventura Panda because they are respectful. I had him grab a new bowl in front of everyone. Goodbye to this Panda, not coming back.

Usually good but lately the serving sizes have been inconsistent, sometimes I get a serving sometimes I get half a serving. Because of dietary needs I weigh my food and the weights are very inconsistent. Would not recommend if you care and need to get the calories you paid for.

I'm giving Panda Express 4-Stars simply because they are consistent. I don't come here much. But when I do have that occasional craving for Teriyaki Chicken, Orange Chicken, or Beiing Beef, I know they will deliver that same taste I need. It's like when I just need a Big Mac once in a while.
