Food is amazing a hot and fresh . Love that. Sometimes you will wait alittle longer for them to cook but I have no issues with that I will wait for freshness. Everyone is so nice and their great at communicating especially when their slammed . Restaurant is always clean and organized sometimes the tables are dirty from previous guests , so just check u don't sit at a dirty table when there's plenty of clean ones
Staff has always been great. They are always super busy. The employees are always nice despite them being slogged with work. Despite folks bombarding the location. Its always busy and they destroy lines. I wouldn't be able to do that job. Its been my panda for 25 years, in that time ive seen employees come and go. Ive only had 1 order mixed up in all those years and corporate was able to take care of me. They got rid of plastic take out trays at this location too. 10/10 for me.
Food was great, place is clean, staff is friendly my only complaint was that the staff member said their ice machine to their fountain drink system wasn’t working but the drinks were cold which is fine but then I take a sip out of my drink and it was flat and room temp. Then the manager comes out and says yes customers were complaining that the machine isn’t on and drinks aren’t cold. Giirrrllll then why make me pay 7 dollars for drink that aren’t cold...read full review
